The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Impossible to contact via phone, they don't even bother replying to your emails, why on Earth would I ever want to rent a property that forces you to email for the likes of repairs, when you can't even reply to someone registering interest? Trash company.
15th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

10th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Stay away from this agent.Was renting a flat for 3 years,did loads of improvement pay with my own money,never late with rent.Now lm fighting for my deposit to be return because one wall was paited to "dark" and owen not clean. Lorrain very unprofesional and lying about stuff ,no anwsers to emails,playing victim when confronted,make sure you get all in emails not over the phone to have a proof!Should be zero star rating!!!

5th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Went for a viewing and was told at that viewing that if I wanted to put in an application then I had to either email or call but no one would be able to receive either until the next day. I called as soon as they opened the next day and was told that the system was being slow but they would send me the application. I emailed after a few hours as I hadn’t heard anything and found that the email address they had communicated with me on had an out of office for a week so emailing wouldn’t do anything. I called them again and was told that the other person I had viewed with had put in an application and holding fee before I had called (which was as soon as they opened). I’m not sure if I believe that but regardless, they gave me incorrect information which cost me a property.

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I had a valuation appointment booked for 9:30am today. I arrived on time and waited, but there was no confirmation prior to the appointment and no communication to let me know that the agent was running late or unable to attend.<br><br>After waiting around 20 minutes, I called the office/agent myself, but the phone rang out and nobody answered.<br><br>I appreciate that delays can happen, but if you are unable to attend an appointment, I would expect the courtesy of being informed. I had specifically made time for this appointment and unfortunately the lack of communication has left a very poor first impression.<br><br>I was looking for an estate agent I could trust to handle the sale of a property, and based on this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.

James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!
