This meant they were always on hand to deal with viewings and issues arising immediately. The majority of contact was with Rob, however the whole team were very courteous, knowledgeable and responded to communications promptly. Would certainly recommend Ted George and would use them again.

Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!
14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Selling with Connells Southam was very easy. I sold my shared ownership property in September 2025. All the Staff were friendly and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for me. I also used their mortgage broker Sam who was exceptional! She helped me through so much on my sale and even helped me pushed things along when there were hold ups. Thanks to all the team for their service and hard work.

We originally viewed the home last year but was not in a position to proceed, however after we sold our home early this year we found our dream home had still not sold and we were able to proceed! The whole process from start to finish was seamless with Lois being our main point of contact. As the home is an older property we needed lots of visits and surveys, but this was never an issue with King west (Lois) always being so accommodating! Lois and the team’s communication is just seamless and makes which is usually a stressful life event so easy. Thanks again to King West!

Nothing was too much trouble. We found out more from them than we did from our solicitor! Niamh and Bethany, who were managing the sale, deserve a special mention as they were very helpful and always acted in a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property. Natalie’s photographs are outstanding and show everything to its very best advantage, a true professional. Our sale and purchase was an ongoing saga for 20months and throughout this period Rob was patient, professional, informative and extremely helpful. His communication was first class and always prompt and informative. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob - we finally made it!

The agent who showed us round the property was a guy called Ed, we can not rate him highly enough. In my view his approach was just right - he was very professional but friendly, had excellent communication skills from the outset. He gave all the required information when we asked and kept in touch but was never pushy. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed at Oscar James, he is a real credit to the industry. Sadly not all Estate are the same for sure but we really felt that we were in good hands with this agent.

From our first meeting, Duncan provided honest comment and we felt he had our interests clear; at every stage Duncan kept us informed. Beccy brings both empathy and tenacity to the team, ensuring that events post-offer are progressed though to completion; she’s been a star! Moving house, we have learned, is not straightforward but Young Residential provided an excellent service and we would be happy to recommend Duncan and Beccy to anyone thinking of selling their home. We are enjoying our new surroundings and thank Duncan for supporting us to make the move.
