13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I don’t often leave reviews, but this one is well deserved for Dave Webb. I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

7th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Hamptons - and, in, particular, Rupert -were always very helpful. I may use them again. I think, however, that they are more appropriate for selling more expensive houses than Cartreff.

11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Visited Rosedale Property Agents at their office in Market Deeping and found them to be friendly, positive, well organised and professional. I was lucky enough to have a valuation carried out that same day and viewings were arranged immediately. The office kept me up to date and well informed about everything going on. One week later I have an offer on the property, which I have accepted. I have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly things have moved and delighted to have make such rapid progress within such a short space of time. I can recommend Rosedale without hesitation. Thank you very much to Sue, Becky and Sharon for excellent work.

2nd Dec 2025 (23 weeks ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout. Excellent Estate Agent

10th May 2022 (3 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
