It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

He offers a fair fixed fee for his work, so no commission percentage to worry about. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

They were honest in their valuation, and helped to source a gardener, and to take out the bins etc. as we were living away throughout. More personable than a national chain, I would highly recommend Frosty Fields.
