31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had an awful experience using this connells branch at kingsthorpe no communication very rude i accepted an offer on june the 3rd 8 weeks later it turns out the buyer had not even been ID verified even though i was told different.If you want to sell your property avoid at all costs
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We dealt with Royston at Davies and Partners for our house purchase. Royston was extremely accommodating for several house visits we arranged throughout the purchase process, he was always contactable by phone and replied immediately and clearly to any emails we sent him. Royston also acted as an imperative form of communication between ourselves and the sellers when the solicitors may have not have been so responsive. He personally allowed us to ensure the purchase went through as quickly and as stress free as possible and we are very grateful for his professionalism and helpful approach to our purchase from beginning to end. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Davies and Partners.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Hayley was very reassuring when I first met her and explained how she arrived at her valuation amount, well supported with local comparable property data, while emphasising that the final decision was mine. I felt confident in accepting her advice. Photography and sales details were prepared very quickly and efficiently. As I don't live locally good communication has been particularlyimportant. It has been refreshing to deal with a team who clearly communicate well among themselves as whenever I've contacted them whoever i spoke with was well informed about my case. Once an offer was received Mark was helpful, professional and very quick to act on my instructions. I've had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend Denny Knight.

Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

There were several over the duration of the process. Adele and Matt - with their different characters - instinctively employed their talents to meet each issue depending on its nature. This included assertiveness, calm sympathy and unbelievable patience. They know which covers which. They are a formidable team and worth every penny.

There were a few problems which arose along the way but each time James knew exactly how to solve them and did so. I found both James and Katie to be friendly. efficient and very helpful. I am very glad I chose them to sell my house.

The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?
