31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I had an awful experience using this connells branch at kingsthorpe no communication very rude i accepted an offer on june the 3rd 8 weeks later it turns out the buyer had not even been ID verified even though i was told different.If you want to sell your property avoid at all costs- 30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Absolutely amazing staff professional. Efficient. Caring , nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend and would use their services again in the future.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Our main point of contact throughout was Adele, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and worked tirelessly chasing every party in the chain to keep everything moving as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Liam was also incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to him and was always up to date with our progress and answered any queries that we may have had.<br><br>Thanks to the team’s hard work, our house sold within just a few weeks and we exchanged contracts in only five weeks. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home in just a few weeks’ time.<br><br>We also used Caroline as our in-house mortgage and financial adviser, and she was brilliant throughout. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?
