It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. 3rd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I am a qualified and accredited landlord, but I preferred to leave the advertising, viewing, and initial vetting to a reputable local agent in the immediate vicinity of the rental property. The reasons for this were the considerable time required for these processes, the reassurance of third party vetting, and the fact that the property lacked the parking facilities of nearby similar properties making it a more difficult proposition. Aimee and Allison of the lettings team at Paul Meakin successfully let the property at just 5% below the initially estimated rental. At all times, they gave prompt personal attention to any developments, whilst also demonstrating their in depth knowledge of the local lettings market. From my chats with them about the coming changes within the Renters' Rights Act 2025, it was apparent that they were also keeping up to date with developments. I would be happy to use their services again in the future if the need arises.

10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.

6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.

Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."
