Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. Their deep knowledge of the market and strong attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in the best possible hands. 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. Sam was charming and accommodating with great communication whilst being relaxed and so efficient. So easy to work with and I felt very looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. All documentation and paperwork / online portals etc made the process completely painless. True customer service at its best. A big thank you from me.

I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. I was happy with his extensive knowledge and his friendliness. They kept their promise on everything they said. We had a constant flow of viewers and the agents doing the viewings for us were lovely too. One in particular we dealt with was Maria. I think they went above and beyond. They all felt more like friends than us just being clients. I am happy to say our house sold with them and went through very quickly. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to everyone.
