Communication was clear and regular, they kept me up to date with everything via emails and phone calls which was really appreciated, every single person I spoke with in the office was always so friendly and informative, especially Fiona, Emmy, Kia, Phoebe and Jo and everyone else there are so many to mention! Thank you so much to everyone there! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell !!!

She was incredibly fast, efficient, and on top of every detail, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and clear communication made all the difference, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about doing a great job for her clients. They responded very promptly to all my queries, and took time and care to provide all the information I needed. The two dedicated staff who dealt with my situation, as well as all other staff were great communicators, very approachable and responsive. I was able to trust them totally for best outcomes, and indeed received the most excellent service for both my selling and buying. I cannot recommend highly enough.

2nd May 2026 (6 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. Despite not being their client for selling our own property, Lisa went above and beyond to support my family during an exceptionally difficult conveyancing process in order to help not just me but her own vendors complete the chain. Incredibly efficient and clear communication, problem solving and honesty - which is all you can ask for. I would also like to thank her lovely colleagues for their roles in the process too, Emily & Will. An incredibly warm and welcoming team and it was great to meet them when picking up our keys yesterday.
