11th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I have a rental property in Herne Hill. It is also my home when I am in the UK. When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.

18th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

16th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My sale hasn’t completed yet, but after a year of trying to sell with Purple Bricks, who were abysmal, I have a good offer after four weeks and so far everything is going smoothly. The team at Winkworth’s is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, and they do what they say they say they’re going to do. Would recommend.
18th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)If I could score zero I would… I had a very disappointing experience with Nelson’s Estate Agents, specifically dealing with a sales agent named Aston and no support from the branch manager Muniza. I paid £9,000 in advance for what was presented to me as full access to a rental property. However, when I later met the landlord directly, I was informed that this was not the case and that only part of the property would be available—contradicting what had been communicated to me by Aston. Following this, I was told I would receive a full refund as the landlord decided not to proceed. Despite this assurance, I have now been waiting over a month with no refund, despite multiple emails and calls. This company is now telling me that my money is not with them and there is nothing they can do to help me. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to ensure that all details are clearly confirmed in writing and verified directly where possible before making any payments. Further I would not recommend doing business with them at all if your money will not be protected. I am currently taking further steps to resolve this matter.

The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.
25th Feb 2026 (25 days ago)We had an amazing service from Vic at Woodlands from start to finish. From the regular viewings for our property all the way to completion of the sale. He was friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale all the way through, we had lots of problems with a solicitor but he helped us with this as much as he could and went over and above to ensure he relieved our anxieties as much as possible. I would recommend Vic and Woodlands to anyone who is selling their property, absolutely a great experience for a very stressful time!

Trying to get a council tax discrepancy sorted in the initial tenancy agreement due to an error in drafting- absolutely zero response. I have chased 3 times for some feedback for the re-lease, completely ignored. One viewing in four weeks- suggests a lack of effort. It’s unfortunate.

I first gave my property to a local agent who couldn’t rent it out, but Tennission managed to get it let within just two weeks! A huge thanks to Mohammad and Daniel – they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. I’m really impressed and highly recommend Tennission Properties to anyone looking to rent or let their property. Fantastic team and excellent results!

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
14th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)It would be impossible to overstate the chasm of difference between this agent and those I had tried previously to sell my home. Dean and Dierde, the owners, go far above and beyond the normal expectations, they have been incredibly supportive to me at a very stressful time, having had to sell and relocate myself and my 3 children at short notice. I would suggest to anyone not to waste valuable time on other agents, as I did, and go straight to them instead.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
