He was incredibly responsive, even during holidays, and always took the time to answer all of my questions. He is kind, friendly, and very responsible, and he helped me throughout the entire process with the flat. I genuinely felt supported and couldn’t recommend him highly enough????
22nd Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Credential has been the lettings agency that let and subsequently arranged the full management of my house in Tooting , London . The helpful and friendly staff at Credential let and managed this property for myself and my family for over 13 years . During this time the management of the property was handled professionally and I had no need to worry about the house . The tenants over this time also remained happy and so I guess this speaks for itself . I have been a bulk landlord for some 44 years and I would say that Credential has provided the best service of the management agents who I have dealt with over this time . I would recommend them to any other landlords requiring a lettings and full-management service .
29th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)FJL produced a very good brochure with nice photos but they suggested we reduce the asking price which they recommended in the beginning. They had the house on the market for 5 months but we never received an offer even when.price was reduced.

8th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)When i put my property up with Martin & Co. In Kingston. I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.

We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."

22nd Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
