All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances. They handled viewings really well and helped us to secure an offer that matched our expectations. They did their very best to expedite the sale, and ensured we were fully informed at all times. I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending KFH Forest Hill.

28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

Couldn’t fault anything in the house it’s just too far to travel to work . But will recommend highly to other people who are interested ????????????

Helped me secure the flat, gave me access to inspect pre moving in and then ensured the flat was in tip top condition for moving in. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through my options, ultimately helping me decide that renting was the right choice for me. Davide was my main contact from the start and throughout the process. He was really friendly, approachable, and always on hand to answer any questions. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Overall, the whole experience felt seamless. The team were professional, accommodating, and very easy to work with throughout. I’m really pleased I chose Acorn and I would highly recommend them.

We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.
