Although there were some delays due to complications with the seller, Steve was always on hand to pick up my phone calls and kept pushing the deal forward up towards completion. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Overvalued the property against market knowledge . Zero viewings in 12 weeks. We removed property from their hands as soon as we could. Feel very much let down and unsupported. Proctors Beckenham complacent. Not hungry enough.

7th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Harper Jayne Homes were the life savers! We were impressed how easy and fast they found a tenant. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!

2nd Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)I have found that I am not contacted for weeks. I have also had two viewing appointments arranged only for the first people not to turn up and the second arranged for a Friday and then I heard no more. I also had an appointment arranged for a viewing of a flat, but waited 40 minutes and he did not turn up.
