Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. They also gave good advice and contacts when it came to having the property cleared. On the whole, it was a very good experience.

13th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I would like to commend Mahul Patel, Ellisons, Wimbledon. I first contacted him in February 2026 and through various personal issues and crises was not able to proceed with a purchase initially. He always kept in contact ( which is very rare) and when I was able to come back on the scene again was always diligent in providing leads for my particualr specification. In the end, I found a house from another agent, but would have no hesitation in recommending Mahul as one of the best in his field.

The external contractor-led vetting process was a bit lengthy (perhaps understandably so), but overall I have found this to be a professional, reliable company.

My issue was handled quickly and efficiently, and she kept me informed throughout the process. It's refreshing to receive such attentive and courteous support. 9th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.
16th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Andrew, Nicola and Toby were all fantastic throughout my sale experience. Andrew talked me through the whole process and put my property on the market. Using the web portal they'd set up for me, it made it easy to see what viewings were happening and I could keep track on the process. When the offer came in it was a straight forward process to accept and move on to the next stage. There were some problems with my buyer later down the line but Nicola worked tirelessly to get the movement through and communicated well every step of the way

Everything went really smoothly and we always felt very well looked after.<br><br>What impressed me the most was actually how we ended up buying the house. I had called Charlie about it before, but by then it was already off the market. I honestly didn’t expect him to remember that conversation, but when the original sale fell through, Charlie remembered me and contacted me straight away to see if we were still interested. And now the house is ours! ??????<br><br>I think this really shows how much they care about their customers and actually listen to people rather than just treating you as another enquiry.<br><br>Thank you Charlie and everyone at Parkers for all your help. We are very happy and already busy with the renovation! ??????

From the very beginning, Lincoln and team went above and beyond to help us sell our home and achieve the best possible result. Lincoln managed to sell our house within a week and, incredibly, for above the asking price — especially impressive when several other estate agents had advised us to list it for less!<br><br>Lincoln’s enthusiasm, knowledge of the local area and genuine commitment really stood out. He was always friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful, keeping us updated throughout the whole process and making what can be a stressful time feel so much easier.<br><br>Most importantly, he really listened to what we wanted and worked with us to achieve our goal of selling our home so that we could secure our dream home moving forward. It was not straight forward with the solicitors on both sides needing a lot of chasing and it being a drawn out process but Owen was efficient, always kept me updated with what was happening and kept me positive. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to deal with the sale of my home and I’d definitely recommend Owen/Scott Fraser to anyone that is selling/buying a shared ownership property.

She also had very useful local knowledge that made us feel a lot more confident about moving to an area we had only visited the once. Lois went above and beyond in keeping us up to date, dealing with our moving anxieties.<br><br>Genuinely restored our trust in estate agents!<br>P.S the welcome box was a great touch, our rats loved it!

The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

I came across many estate agents, but Balgroes really stands out for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. They were always understanding and accommodating, especially around my work shifts and availability. Once I moved into the property, my property manager, Carlos Paternostro MARLA, was extremely helpful, supportive, and always willing to work around my circumstances. Throughout my tenancy, they carried out regular inspections and safety checks and genuinely looked after both the property and the tenant. When I moved out, I also received my full deposit back without any issues. I would highly recommend Balgroes Gravesend to anyone looking for a property in the area. If I could give more than five stars, I would give them 10 out of 10. Absolutely excellent service!

We’ve used them multiple times to find a house, and every single time they have been incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>A special mention to Jeremy, who is absolutely fantastic. He is so helpful, responsive and always goes above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>We’ve had such a great experience with Cosway every time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agency. 20th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Loft and had a brilliant experience from start to finish.<br><br>From dealing with Ollie on my initial enquiry, to meeting Tom at the viewing and then dealing with him throughout the transaction, right through to collecting the keys from Kristen, the whole process was seamless.<br><br>I never felt like I had to chase for updates, communication was always clear, and any questions I had were answered quickly.<br><br>As an estate agent myself, and knowing the industry very well, I know how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep a transaction moving smoothly. Loft made the whole process feel effortless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
