13th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing with this estate agent and nobody turned up at the agreed time. After taking time out of my day to attend, I received no prior notice, apology, or explanation. When I contacted the office, rather than dealing with the issue professionally, staff appeared to respond with sarcasm, which only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and there seemed to be little regard for my time or the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a level of customer service I would expect from an estate agent.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. This was our first time purchasing a property through the modern auction process, so naturally we had lots of questions. Malachi was incredibly reassuring throughout, always taking the time to answer every question quickly and thoroughly, which really put our minds at ease.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use Mann Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend Malachi to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!
21st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.

Nick from the Canterbury office was covering for a colleague so had to travel to Herne Bay & was absolutely brilliant!! He was professional, friendly & supportive throughout the process. He talked me through, & took me through the photography process easily, naturally & confidently and it was so interesting to see how it works! We have indoor cats that mean the world to us & Nick was so respectful & understanding of this and I really appreciate it. Also, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Harvey from Herne Bay who has been incredible. He’s such a genuine guy with real enthusiasm for what he does & it absolutely shines through. He’s been consistently supportive & helpful and is making what is realistically a stressful time a lot easier! Rueben from Herne Bay was also extremely polite & professional on our initial first visit to the house that we hope to own! He’s been really communicative & has kept me in the loop with progress so far. I feel people are far too quick to complain these days but rarely compliment, so I wanted to share my experience as the guys are all amazing and an absolute credit! Cris.
