The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

From the moment my offer was accepted through to completion, Kelly and Noah were excellent throughout.<br><br>Communication was always clear and proactive, and they regularly chased all parties to keep the transaction moving. They were also very professional while ensuring the purchase continued to progress smoothly.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Kelly and Noah were always approachable, responsive and helpful, making the whole process much easier.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work and support. I would highly recommend Barnard Marcus to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

She provided me some insights and clarity around the process which has not been offered to me by other EAs at different companies. Such a breath of fresh air. Suchdev provided me with the extra reassurance needed during a daunting process. Highly recommended this branch overall!

They were tenacious in getting it over the line, accommodating, professional, helpful, kind, and understanding. Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.
24th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". Disgusting human imo. THE ONE STAR IS FAKE.
