11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I’ve been supporting my sister hunting for a flat recently. Kitty Lehane at the Hampstead branch was so helpful and lovely. Every conversation was a delight and even though we didn’t find the right property with Foxtons, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kitty. She made sure that any opportunities were sent to us and viewings were arranged swiftly. I shall be sad we are no longer flat hunting but now Kitty can devote her time to other lucky clients! I only gave four stars because we didn’t find a property- but if it was to rate the person she’d get 10 stars.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I was looking for a rental in the area and out of 6 or so estate agents that I called, KFH genuinely took the time to understand what we needed and sorted us out quickly (which we needed)! They put in extra hours on evenings and weekends (including Sunday) to get us settled super quickly. Would highly recommend the KFH team - especially Temi and Anita.- 11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Always a pleasure to work with the team at KFH Crouch End. They’ve been letting agents on a couple of my rental properties for many years and always source great tenants and get great results. It’s been great to work with Ashleigh Greenaway these last few months. She’s always there to assist when it’s needed and is quick to respond, very proactive and efficient. All of my viewings — around eight in total — were handled by Georgina Magnani, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, organised and professional.<br><br>Buying a property can be a very stressful experience, but Georgina was always friendly, approachable and reassuring. As a first-time buyer, I particularly appreciated how understanding she was and the extra guidance and reassurance she provided throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Georgina and Horton and Garton.- 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I cannot recommend Giulia Mazzucoo from KFH Battersea Park highly enough. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and understanding of my needs, she helped me find an apartment that I am genuinely so happy with.<br><br>As this was my first time purchasing a property in the UK, there were many parts of the process that were completely new to me. Giulia made the entire journey feel incredibly smooth and reassuring. 1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Our experience with Gillespie Gibbs was outstanding, and that’s entirely thanks to Adam.<br><br>After going through two terrible experiences with other letting agencies, we had honestly lost hope. Then we met Adam, and the difference was night and day. From the very beginning, he genuinely cared about helping us rather than just processing another application.<br><br>He went above and beyond to chase the landlord, keep us updated, and make sure everything moved as quickly as possible so we could move into our new home on time. What impressed us even more was that he would reply to our messages and keep us informed even when he wasn’t working, simply because he knew how stressful the situation was for my family. That level of dedication made us feel supported and gave us real peace of mind during a very difficult time.<br><br>His communication was excellent, he was always professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>In today’s rental market, where many landlords do whatever they want and too many agencies seem to forget that tenants are people because of the high demand for housing, it’s incredibly refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares. Adam’s customer service was exceptional, and his dedication made what is usually a very stressful process feel smooth and reassuring.<br><br>This industry needs more people like Adam. The agent Felicity was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the property, and made the whole process straightforward and easy. She was helpful in answering our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing. Would definitely recommend Dexters. Felicity was amazing!!

He was professional, super helpful, friendly, quick to respond, and we really felt looked after - an estate agent with our interests at heart. Although we didn’t find anything through Foxtons on this occasion, I would highly recommend using De’Andre!

All the staff was always very helpful, from viewings, sales, lettings, everyone communicated very well, always helped and saved a lot of hassle. Big praise for Helen and Jade on getting property over the line and arranging new letting contracts. All agents and solicitors should look up to them as it is very rear in these days to get such a good service!<br>Thank you very much!

She has been professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and supportive. Erin was equally helpful when showing me around several properties before I found the right one. From start to finish, I felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I have dealt with many letting agents in the past, and I can honestly say the service and care I received from Chloe and Danni at Leaders was exceptional.<br><br>They were both incredibly quick to respond and always proactive in getting things sorted. Danni showed us around two properties and took the time to genuinely discuss the pros and cons of each one with us, considering what would work best for our family. Even though both properties were beautiful, we never felt pressured into making a decision.<br><br>If you are considering putting your property on the rental market, I would thoroughly recommend Leaders. They clearly understand the process and take the time to make sure they are finding the right tenants for your property.<br><br>And for anyone looking to rent, I couldn't recommend Chloe and Danni highly enough. They genuinely have your best interests at heart and don't make you feel like they're simply trying to get another property off the market.<br><br>Excellent service from start to finish - friendly, kind, supportive and professional throughout what can be a very stressful and unsettling time. Highly recommended! ??

16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)If I could give lower than a 1 star review I would. We had a very disappointing experience renting through Brand Vaughan.<br><br>At the viewing we specifically asked about mould and were told there were no issues. On moving in, we immediately found mould in kitchen cupboards, and later in both bathrooms and on an external kitchen wall. We were later told by a contractor working on the property that these issues were already known, which is extremely concerning but as the property had been repainted etc before we moved in the issue was temporarily unnoticable. It has since returned despite running dehumidifiers 24hours a day since we moved in.<br><br>The communication throughout the process was also poor, with unclear and inconsistent information, delays with contracts, and repeated difficulty getting straight answers at key stages of the move.<br><br>We were advised not to book removals due to contract delays, which ultimately caused unnecessary stress and a delayed move-in, despite rent already being paid.<br><br>I would advise future tenants to independently verify everything rather than relying on information provided during the letting process as the letting agent we dealt with seemed totally ill prepared and quite novice at his job.<br><br>**In response to the comment below from Charters even insinuating that it isn't a genuine review, it could unfortunately could not be a truer representation of the horrendous experience I had with them. I lodged a formal complaint via email already and the useless response I got just goes to show how little they care.<br><br>DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS!
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had a traumatic experience with Aston Rowe. As a suggestion, just be cautious of any property being advertised by them.<br><br>Denis showed me the place and did answer questions honestly about the property. The property had so many issues, don’t even know where to begin. The property was on Lynton Road. There was a gas leak the day I moved in. And then had to move out immediately into an Airbnb, cost borne by me. This was despite the fact I was given gas certificate. The gas cooker was so old that it caused gas leak. Charlie, the head of letting, was so complacent in doing his job and didn’t take anything raised seriously.<br><br>The property wasn’t professionally cleaned. The flush wasn’t working properly for 2 months. The heating wasn’t working and I had to get it fixed. The toilet seat was broken. The whole WC had to be replaced. I left within 6 months.<br><br>And their property management is a joke.Alix was on leave for 1 month and there was no one to cover. I had no water situation twice and fuse shorting once and she replied after she came back from her leaves. There is no sense of urgency and care, just don’t want to work. The Owners were the worst. They took weeks to okay the smallest request, especially relating to toilet flush which is a matter of basic hygiene. They cheaped out on everything. All the furniture was broken which you would only know when you start using it. And when you asked to replace, they said just throw it in the garage.<br><br>To sum up, if you are looking to rent into that area, NEVER EVER consider ASTON ROWE.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I cannot recommend Seymours Godalming highly enough to anyone looking to rent in the area, and would particularly like to mention how amazing Josh Frewin was in helping me find a new home.<br><br>I had been searching for quite a while before contacting Seymours and was feeling really exhausted and stressed out by the process. But when I contacted the Seymours Godalming office, Josh genuinely listened to what I was looking for and even showed me a property that was just about to come onto the market that he thought would be a good fit for me, and which ended up being absolutely perfect! Josh gave the kind of personal touch service that no other agent had provided, and that really made all the difference.<br><br>Josh kept me updated at each stage, and he and the team moved things forward quickly (which was really impressive given the rather short turnaround for the move in date!) From the first phone call, Josh was friendly and helpful and his professionalism and initiative really stood out. He took away all the stress I’d experienced with other agents and has genuinely helped make this the easiest and least stressful move I’ve ever had!<br><br>I’m so happy in my new home (the ‘welcome to your new home’ card from the team was a lovely touch!) and I’m really grateful to Josh and the team for making this happen!

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.
