Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

22nd Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this agency during my attempted purchase of Wightman Road has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I submitted a revised offer of £450,000 subject to several specific matters being regularised, including lease and title issues. Although I was later informed that the seller had agreed to the price, I never received written confirmation that all of the conditions attached to my offer had been accepted, nor was an updated Memorandum of Sale issued.<br><br>Over several weeks, I repeatedly requested updates and clarification by email and WhatsApp, but many of my enquiries went unanswered. The prolonged lack of communication and absence of formal documentation ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the transaction.<br><br>I formally withdrew from the purchase on 2 June 2026 and requested the return of my holding deposit. At the time of writing, I have still received no substantive response to my formal complaint and no confirmation of when my deposit will be returned.<br><br>Property transactions can be complicated, and deals do fall through. However, clear communication, timely responses and transparency should be the minimum standard that buyers can expect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
28th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)They are professional and on the ball. Thry advised putting tge property with a range, but the headline in the portals was the lower figure. The range was just ignored by the potential buyers. I think this was a mistake in this very difficult market. If i did it again id go for the top figure and not a range. I thing it substantially reduced offers and thus the final selling price.
13th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)We recently sold and bought through White and Son’s Reigate and were very happy with their service. All the team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time. The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!
3rd Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I would avoid these estate agents. Their customer service is fine, but unfortunately they work with misleading developers. Likely, you will end up losing money on your property and with a lot of unnecessary stress if you use them for a new build. We bought a new build through them about 3 years ago. To this date, the developer they have been representing has not finished our road, landscaping, or snagging. And this is after chasers and legal action. This has already been addressed with Waterfords at the time, so they are well aware, and we understand that it is not their responsibility to fulfil the developer's duties. However, what I did not expect is that whilst they well know that the said developer (Downton Homes) misleads buyers, Waterfords will continue advertising and selling their properties (having just sold a full new development for them in Ewshot). I guess money talks! But also says a lot about the ethics of this organisation called Waterfords. I would not deal with a business with such ethics, let alone use them to purchase a new build, and moreso if it is produced by Downton Homes.
