30th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)The sale of my flat was a complicated one as the EWS cladding rating changed mid way through the process. This had a significant impact on lending options available for the buyers. At one point the sale was off but Fraser Pollok did an incredible and very professional job in getting the transaction back on track and introduced the buyers to a mortgage broker who managed to secure funding. Stirling Ackroyd were brilliant throughout and the sale most definitely wouldn’t have happened without their excellent input and relentless effort. Bravo !!
8th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Most unprofessional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to fix a broken fridge of property I’m renting from them. Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants

They worked very hard to promote our property in a difficult market and achieved what seemed a reasonable sale price. We particularly liked their calm, un-pushy approach, and how helpful David was with both our sale and ongoing purchase. Highly recommended.

Tom and Nick were great right from the start when the house went on the market, and then when the house was sold, Janice and Erica helped to make the process as smooth as possible. We all know that selling/buying a property is very stressful but when you are being guided by true professionals, it definitely makes it easier. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

22nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

In the starting they took care of everything but when they rented out the property they don't even bother about the problem which tenants are facing in the property. Not going to recommend at all. They also deduct our deposit without giving us a single proof. And they refund our rest of the deposit after 2 months and long arguments. The service for entire year was awful.

After numerous flat viewings with different agents, it was very refreshing to interact with someone who really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Leon was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He followed up with me to make sure I got all the information I needed and helped clarify a couple of points with the owner. 3rd Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Mark Collins recently sold a rental property for me , from initial meeting of Mark I knew I wanted to use him to sell my property , I had done some research on what local properties were selling for , Mark was spot on with his valuation so the property sold very quickly , he is always available to speak on the phone or will always call back promptly if hes busy ,he made the whole process stress free, I cant recommend him enough
