After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market.<br>Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus.<br>Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch.<br>In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest.<br>For this we are very grateful.<br>If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. The manager David gave us excellent advice on how best to present our house to market and was confident in his valuation. Marketing was professionally thought out and presented and Cameron worked really hard taking viewers round and always gave us swift feedback after every viewing. We had a choice of offers and both David and Cameron were on hand to advise and discuss the best way forward. We always felt supported.<br>We would happily recommend their services.

There is no way our house move would ever of happened without the constant effort and enthusiasm from this wonderful team.<br><br>Time and time again they went beyond what they are required to do, to chase solicitors, keep the chain informed and the whole time they did this with total professionalism, also with a lovely friendly touch.<br><br>A special thanks to Karen who is quite simply amazing and anybody working alongside her or who has Karen working for them are very very lucky.<br><br>Thanks Karen and the whole team xx

From start to finish they remained extremely focused, having to deal with a number of buyers over a 10 month period, before finally getting the sale over the line. My thanks go out to Emma, Gemma, Emily and anyone else in the Westcoast team I might have forgot to mention. Emily, our move manager, especially, for her determination in getting us through the move process, liaising with our vendors estate agent and eventually getting us into our new home. She was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful from the very beginning, made arranging and attending viewings such an easy and enjoyable experience. She was very friendly professional and approachable, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>I really appreciate how supportive, transparent and responsive she was throughout the whole process. 17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture. We had some tricky solicitors to deal with, but they helped us navigate the whole thing, kept us constantly in the loop, and did a lot of the chasing on our behalf to get the purchase over the line.<br><br>Highly recommend.

Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5

Michael visited our home at the start of the process and talked us through steps to be followed and throughout empowered us to be proactive and motivated to sell. We ended up selling in a month and Michael was in constant communication via WhatsApp, phone and email, assisting with chasing solicitors later in the process. A local guy who genuinely wants to provide a top tier service.
