Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. They also gave good advice and contacts when it came to having the property cleared. On the whole, it was a very good experience.

Communication was always clear and prompt, and she made everything straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Sharone was always happy to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Sharone to anyone looking for a reliable and professional broker.
13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I would like to commend Mahul Patel, Ellisons, Wimbledon. I first contacted him in February 2026 and through various personal issues and crises was not able to proceed with a purchase initially. He always kept in contact ( which is very rare) and when I was able to come back on the scene again was always diligent in providing leads for my particualr specification. In the end, I found a house from another agent, but would have no hesitation in recommending Mahul as one of the best in his field.

Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Myself and my partner recently purchased a flat through HJC. Both Nicky and Suzanne were great agents to work on buying the flat from the seller. They met us many times for viewings, helpful in communicating with all parties to help clear any bottlenecks and were both available to discuss over the phone and email if we had any issues. Would highly recommend them as an estate agents and if we are looking to sell, we would be using HJC!

They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

Loft made the whole process feel effortless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
