We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us

He was very helpful and kind even when I was in a difficult situation as I could only collect the keys after the agency’s closing hours. Highly recommended.

A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

The whole process, from renting to completing the paperwork, was smooth and straightforward, and the team was very helpful. When I checked out, my deposit was returned in about two weeks without any issues. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I’d also like to say a big thank you to the landlady for everything during my stay. I’d definitely recommend them!

20th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Moved out on 1st of November from a property managed by Lordsons. One month notice was given, as per my contract, and yet deposit is still to be returned by them, even if they had landlord’s confirmation to return in full. Not responding to calls or e-mails and now their website is no longer active. I suspect they never held my deposit in a protection scheme as I cannot find it on any of the main ones. Searching on the internet, it seems like they were banned by Southend Council in 2024. Stay way clear from this con agency!! I suspect a lot more people are or will be in the same position as I am!!

31st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid

They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
