Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. I would recommend them to a friend.
6th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)It was my first time buying, and it was a difficult process. Bob remained communicative and helpful throughout and acted very professionally as a mediator. As a result of his diligence, the purchase went though and the process was made as easy as possible. I will be using them again.
29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jay and Mehmet In the Actor lettings department were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above the call of duty due to my having fractured my ankle. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends locally.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Tate - a great service - David Harbottle was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.

They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.
13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. Great experience and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Murray to handle any future sale. Thank you, Murray.

And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.

The team were very patient with us, as we were in the market longer than usual, which we really appreciated. Hani, the owner, was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process. We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)so glad that I chose Frank & Te Koop to sell my Property. Living & working out of the area it was important to find someone I felt I could trust to handle everything. Frank offered what seemed like sound advice so we took it. We sold quickly for a price several thousand pounds above the recommended price of several other agents. we used Franks recommended conveyancer’s, who were very good, and together they drove the sale forward for us. I would recommend & use again both again. Thank you Te Koop!

You really couldn’t ask for more from an estate agent. He has an excellent understanding of both the market and his clients, which clearly makes all the difference. His communication throughout was outstanding. He was always available, responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had. We felt fully supported every step of the way. Thank you!
