We were abroad during the sale and Aidan was a fantastic help in ensuring the sale went through in a few months. No matter what time of the day he made himself available to speak and guide us through each step. Probably the best experience I have ever had with an individual estate agent.

Our sale took nearly a year and had its challenges, but they stayed patient, proactive and kept everything moving. Communication was always clear and professional. In the end, they got it over the line and we’re really grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend. Cheers guys!

They supported us thoroughly throughout the process, keeping us informed and in some difficult times guided us throughout the process, leading to the successful conclusion of our house sale. Rob and Danny in particular were superb throughout and I would thoroughly recommend this branch.

From using a range of agencies to find a new property I would put Esher Curchods heads above others for professionalism and contact, always keeping me up to date and helping with queries. Would definitely choose them again
24th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Our recent sale was a very long (3yrs) and protracted affair with one hurdle after another to overcome along the way. Throughout the process, Victoria Sotnick's help was invaluable as she went out of her way to constantly badger solicitors, buyers, estate agents and sellers (including us) to keep the whole process moving along. Her communication was exceptionally impressive as she responded to all emails/phone calls, nearly always by return, having first obtained all the information required. She is the perfect person to have on your side and I cannot recommend her more highly.

21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Ignored my email request for a viewing.<br><br>Spammed me with unsuitable properties.<br><br>Randomly asked me if I wanted to let my house.<br><br>Went to view a house through them, agent didn't turn up, didn't answer the phone and didn't tell me the house was off the market (as I subsequently found out via Rightmove).<br><br>Clowns.

Right from his initial appraisal he understood precisely what needed to be done and the timescale it needed doing in. He priced the property perfectly and marketed it impeccably. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his experience and expertise went over and above anything I expected. The team at Jackson-Stops arranged quality viewings and always gave prompt and honest feedback throughout the sales process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jackson-Stops Dorking.
13th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I've been with Patrick Gardner letting agents in Leatherhead for 8.5 years now; I'm just about to move into my third property with them and I've always had a very positive experience. Everyone there is helpful, professional and friendly. Evie is particularly lovely and is always happy to answer my (many) questions! When I explained to Evie that I have ADHD she was incredibly understanding; she's very patient, calm and professional - but also really bubbly and down-to-earth which always puts me at ease. I find phone calls hard at times but I'm never nervous when Evie picks up the phone, I feel listened to and understood. I'm truly thankful for her and feel Patrick Gardner are extremely lucky to have her in their team. I look forward to continuing with Patrick Gardner for as long as I am renting. Particularly, Dana and Anna have been very helpful and had an effective communication. Me, my friend and my cousin had dealt three properties and we have had the same brilliant experience. 27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Hamptons have been absolutely incredible in selling our 2 bedroom flat in Earlsfield which completed in January. Alex was extremely communicative and supportive, helping to navigate through some challenging complexities with HelpToBuy and the flats Management companies. This was handled with professionalism and knowledge, helping to make the process as stress free as possible. We are so grateful for both Mark and Alex for everything they did and all their hard work. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.
16th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.
7th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Called foxtons Croydon to view a flat in and spoken with Charlie , asked him for and appointment and he said he will come back to me, I made clear that I’m interested only for that flat viewing . After view days received call from them suggested other flats , I did explain to them that I’m interested in other flats but only on this one and still waiting for a response on the appointment confirmation, next got call and we confirmed the viewing . 1 day before viewing received a call that 2 offers are being made below asking price however I told that I still want to see the property and since the offer were below asking price I can still make a better offer . 9:20am Saturday 40min before my appointment I get which says the flat is no longer available that seller has accept and offer on Saturday and they told I will let you know once it’s still available. I has lucky enough to have seller number and I text him and he said that he was still waiting for few more viewing and then he will make a decision so clearly they are doing something dodgy and are not trustworthy as they are lying . First time I experienced such an unprofessional behaviour. I have being involved in many properties viewing selling before and never seeing something like that .
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely horrible experience. Flat flooded with water, bedrooms and beds absolutely soaked in disgusting dirty water, estate agents told us to book hotels and we’d get compensation, never did though. Never gave us a single penny back. Also told us we had to pay full rent even though the flat was uninhabitable. Bodrul was the worst of it, kept promising that he’d get in touch with us about getting us some money back, then never did. AVOID AVOID AVOID, disgusting estate agents with no morals. See the photos attached for the condition they left us in. I had to get in touch with plumbers and workers myself to get it fixed, they did absolutely nothing to help fix the leak upstairs as they claimed it had been fixed, when it was just getting worse every day. One of the estate agents even came over to view the damage, stood in a pool of the dirty water and muttered “get me out of this dump” thinking I didn’t hear him. Absolutely vile. Edit in response to the comment below: Firstly, I find it laughable that you say you acted promptly and actually blatant lie that you attended the same day. I'm actually glad you've admitted about the report being on the 24th of April, as the video and some of the photos taken below (with the water STILL dripping down) were taken on the 29th of April. I wonder how that's possible since you acted so promptly! Don't insult me by saying that my statement is incorrect, the plumbers I contacted were Camden Council's own plumbers. I have the voice note and recordings to prove this, and again, further proof that was me who sorted out the repairs to the upstairs flat. It's absolutely disgusting that you're trying to call me a liar in this situation, as I have actual proof that the statement is true. In fact, you are lying here saying it was Camden Council who told us to book into hotels, it was one of your staff who told us when he came to the flat who told us to submit receipts about a hotel expense! How can you so confidently lie about the turn of events? You've lied about the day it was fixed (I have dated evidence to show it wasn't fixed promptly on the 24th), you lie about who I contacted to actually fix the issue since you wouldn't do it (I have voice notes speaking with Camden Council plumbers to prove this), and you now lie about telling us to book into hotels. You did not relay any information to me, nor did you ever actually admit what the outcome of the insurance claim was. We're yet to ever find out about that, and it's funny that you don't mention that in your response!

2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I can highly recommend Foxtons Twickenham branch. After a sale with another agent fell through, Foxtons was able to secure a new buyer quickly for my freehold property in Richmond. Francis Wilson managed the sale after the offer was agreed and did so with great expertise and dedication. Complicated by the fact that I live in the Netherlands and my solicitor struggled with this sale, Francis kept stepping up, keeping things moving. Five deserved stars!
