4th May 2026 (5 days ago)One word. Outstanding. From start to finish, my experience with Ellisons has been nothing short of outstanding. From the first encounter on the valuation of our home, Aidan Purtill was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and ultimately realistic with price. He talked us through a strategy for our home, and within a week of off-market viewings we had multiple offers, with it going to best and final bids. It was Callum who we ended up dealing with throughout the process, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the transaction was as smooth as possible. Whenever we hit bumps during the conveyancing, he was quick to react and keep things moving. Additionally, his ability to negotiate during our own sale, but also in assistance with our onward purchase was invaluable. I also would like to send my thanks to Mahul and Stephen, who were also both a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Always willing to help out whenever Callum was out of office, and their positive, professional attitude was always highly reassuring. Ultimately, Ellisons Wimbledon really does feel like you’re dealing with an A team, and I always felt in great hands. The way that they work together is second to none, and far better than my experience with other local agents. It goes without saying, but if you’re looking to Buy or Sell in the area - use Ellisons!

The team was attentive and took the time to understand my needs, making the search efficient. Their deep understanding of the local market helped me weigh different neighborhoods and find the right fit. They were quick to respond to my questions and scheduled viewings, making the process seamless. Roberts Hunt tailored the search to my budget and taste, showing me a variety of options. Once I found a flat I loved, they guided me through negotiations and paperwork, ensuring everything went smoothly. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Curchods Esher sold our family home of 40 years in March 2026, the property was on the market for less than 10 days. Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

Chloe who showed us the property was fantastic and made us feel very comfortable and ensued confidence in the transaction process! Kerry and Debbie have been outstanding throughout, especially through those tricky transaction period and a tight exchange and completion deadline! Thank you to the whole team!!

The whole team was incredibly helpful, supportive, and felt like family throughout the entire process. Connells has their own in-house mortgage advisor and also managed the solicitor services for us, which made everything much more convenient and smooth. 16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently. The agent was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk through the property with me, ensuring I understood any points being noted. There were no surprises, and I felt the whole process was conducted with honesty and integrity. I was especially impressed with how quickly my deposit was processed and returned. Any minor deductions were clearly justified, and the breakdown was easy to understand. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience during what can often be a stressful time.
