An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. 26th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Two sets of people who couldn’t afford the rent were put forward not several as Nikki stated. And as my 22 years of being a landlord my experience and long term rental objectives were completely ignored they said my decision went against their co ethos I am running a property business which has nothing to do with character or custom which if you didn’t know what ethos means. So they took my three bed off the market without any explanation or communication like a child throwing its toys out of a pram. Didn’t give me any feedback about viewings either none and I know for a fact they lied about the availability of the house to an applicant. Never darken my door again don’t use this team just an awful experience. They are also very fond of sending what are clearly templated replies to your emails.
19th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!

8th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

6th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Trevillian. What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!
13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)The agent who dealt with my property was very knowledgeable of the area. However, the price they suggested was obviously over the average which meant we had very little interest. After 12 weeks we only had 2 viewings. It was decided to take the property off the market after the property next door sold for much less. They offered a fair selling price percentage. The pictures were good as was the sales brochure, it was sadly over priced and did not sell.

They kept me informed regularly throughout the selling process. The house was under offer in a week! Fabulous service couldn't be happier with my choice of agent. Best in the Cotswolds area. I also used Hunter French for a renting agent. Again I couldn't fault the service they gave me. A company that really cares about its clients. Thanks everyone.

24th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I was impressed with Hunters several years ago when I was house hunting in Exeter. They stood out for being friendly and efficient (not pushy and annoying!) getting viewings booked in and following up. Since then I've chosen them to sell my house and recommended them to my daughter as well and they lived up to their reputation. I've recently purchased again through them! Big shout out to Darron and Anthony. They know what they are doing and they do it well.
