13th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)5 stars aren't enough to rate the experience I had today. :) Moving home can be very stressful, but Eleni from the Lymington branch was an absolute star and made it the best experience I've had in years. Eleni was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and her positivity was absolutely contagious. I started the experience with high anxiety, and feeling like if I not only found my dream home but also a "friend". I lived in 6 different countries, moved over 20 times and this has been by far the best experience out of all of them. Couldn't recommend the services more.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.
17th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team
24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I found Jamie and his team very approachable and friendly. Jamie was always willing to help and answer a multitude of questions we had!! The young lady Izzy who mainly answered the telephone was extremely pleasant and helpful. On the whole the experience was extremely pleasant and the staff very professional. Sadly we had to pull out and Jamie was very understanding considering he had a buyer for our property. I wish the staff all the very best for the future. If we do decide to put our property on the market in future we will choose Morris Dibben.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

The service has been excellent and everyone involved (Lucy and Cheryl) was professional and kind and understanding in a challenging situation. Thanks to all. I would absolutely recommend Manns and Manns to anyone considering selling their property.
9th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Sadly a very poor experience. Glen was rarely available and 2 of his staff were very rude and condescending in his absence. We were given poor advice during our purchase which is costing us dearly. Be super careful if you choose Eastons but I'd suggest elsewhere

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I have been their tenant for four years, during which I have seen a systematic agenda to lie, cheat, deceive, and extort. From the beginning with their adverts, where they say the property is newly renovated, except maybe this was true 10 years ago, to the end with the deposit, it's all lies, bullshit, and theater. They present it as legitimate through bureaucracy, procedures, and landlords. The landlord has hired them to do all the work that they keep saying they are always going to the landlord for. Always pushing for renewal of contracts with higher price, even when your contract is neither close to ending, nor you need a new contract. Always trying to lull you into agreeing, saying everything is ok, it's just standard practice, no need to worry. I was hoping it will all end when I move out, but I was very badly wrong. I'm fighting to get my deposit back. I moved out at the end of June, and from the way they were setting things up, and how things started to go, I started to get a very bad feeling. They have been scheming again in order to take nearly all of my deposit. After waiting 26 days, they came up with a fabricated set of charges, based absolutely on no grounds. Similarly with my other three housemates. I knew they will try to take some money, so I made sure there is nothing that they can hang on to, but they have exceeded all my expectations. They came up with a very large amount on made-up claims. They have provided no evidence of difference between the condition before and after, which would warrant the claim, because it does not exist. Almost all claims are false or not resulting from my tenancy, and if there is anything true, it should fall within fair wear and tear. I also made sure I am present at the final check out and handing over of the property, in order to discuss any issues they might want to raise. But they wanted me to stay outside the house. At the end they said everything looks ok. When I asked for confirmation of return of my deposit, they said the office will decide. A stark contrast from my previous move-outs, where someone comes, I give keys, they check, everything looks good, I get my deposit in few days. What is even more insulting, brazen, and absurd, is that they know that I have taken good care of the property. Throughout my tenancy I have even repaired things at my expense, because they would refuse to cover even the materials. I have left the property in better condition, than how I have received it. Getting into the details of each claim would be too lengthy, but as an example, they know that I'm the only person who have been cleaning the walkway, and maintaining the garden, and of course I left it in a good condition, yet they want to charge me for it. I have explained to them how every claim is baseless, and I can support almost everything with evidence, and have asked for the full return of my deposit. They are ignoring all of my arguments, and ask me to make them an offer for how much is acceptable for me to pay. I wish I had taken evidence of absolutely everything, but I just didn't expect that they would blatantly lie. They grossly abuse their unfair advantage in any way they can. Tenants agree to anything because of fear of retaliation. They don't want to risk having to move out, and they would not even submit a negative review on the internet, because they depend on them for references. Because I suspected this will happen, I asked a previous housemate what happened when he moved out. They charged him £150 for cleaning the floor, even though he cleaned and mopped it. No checks and balances provided. Later they fabricated them. He said he argued, but eventually he gave up, because it wasn't worth the stress they put him through. And I can say as well, what they put people through, and fighting them is very stressful, emotionally taxing and time consuming. These are heartless people who should not be allowed anywhere near conducting business in the UK. Edit: I got my deposit back. Hold on to your ground and don't submit to the demands and extortions.

23rd Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Thank you for your response. My concerns relate communication from your staff, which I did not find appropriate or helpful at the time. I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

We faced some complications, as often happens when buying a house, but Garreth was present throughout, kept regular contact and remained positive which we needed. Every question we had was answered by Garreth and we can’t fault the support he provided. Highly recommend Rok Marsh and particularly Garreth!!

Everyone has been excellent and always really friendly and approachable and a great app, with all viewings, feedback and any updates on. Lovely Harry, so good at conducting the viewings, James and Rob for advice, Chris with his knowledge and of course amazing Audrey who goes above and beyond on getting it all over the line. We have changed our view of Estate agents, the move has been very stress free. Thank you all really appreciate the work you all put in????????
