I spoke to him, viewed the property, and everything was completed within the same day. Paperwork sorted and agreements signed. I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth it was. Even when he was put in an uncomfortable situation, through no fault of his own, he handled it extremely professionally, which helped me feel comfortable as well. A real credit to his role. I want to extend my highest gratitude to Charlotte, Aaliyah, Pasquale, Scot and Matt. An absolute dream team. They have made the process of selling our property so seamless. Charlotte & Aaliyah did an excellent job at showing potential buyers around and dealt with difficult questions. Professional, knowledgable, passionate, presentable and honest are just a few ways I would describe her. Hamptons stood out and they really are unlike any other Estate Agent in the area - they go the extra mile with every detail and have their clients at the forefront of everything they do. I would recommend them.- 4th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had to find a new rental place in Forest Hill at fairly short notice, and Emma at Hamptons Dulwich was a huge help throughout the process. She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.
7th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Viewed a semi-detached property on Croham Valley Road marketed by this estate agent and progressed with the purchase as a serious buyer, incurring costs for legal work and a professional survey. The survey report later indicated that the loft conversion did not appear to comply with building regulations. When this was raised, I requested a price reduction to reflect the potential risks and costs associated with this issue. The survey also highlighted several other Level 3 items (the surveyor’s highest category of concern), including concerns relating to possible structural adequacy, damp, leaks, and structural issues noted in relation to the garage. I was also disappointed with the way the survey findings were discussed. During this conversation the agent commented that “you have employed your surveyor to find as many faults as possible, which he has done.” I found this remark dismissive. A survey is a normal and necessary part of the buying process and is intended to highlight potential issues so buyers can make informed decisions. While the agent indicated that the structural concerns had been communicated to the seller, my impression was that they were presented as relatively minor matters, which in my view did not fully reflect the seriousness of the Level 3 issues highlighted in the survey report. I was offered a reduction of only £5k. I was open to negotiation; however, I felt this did not adequately reflect the potential implications raised in the survey report, and the property was subsequently re-listed. In my opinion the agent was not particularly proactive in helping both sides reach a compromise once the survey findings were identified, and the communication around these points could have been handled more constructively. This was disappointing after I had already incurred costs progressing with the purchase. Had the loft conversion issue been known earlier, I personally would not have made an offer in the first place. Buyers may wish to ensure they carry out thorough Level 3 surveys with reputable companies before proceeding with any purchase. In my experience, it was money well spent.
25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I work in property management myself, so I naturally have fairly high standards and quite a few detailed requirements. While Concept is a smaller agency and responses from some other departments were not always the most efficient, I feel it’s important to highlight Giacone’s outstanding work as a lettings agent. Giacone went well beyond simply doing his job. He actively helped coordinate between different parties and genuinely worked to maintain a good client relationship throughout the process — something that, from a professional point of view, is actually quite rare in this industry. Despite my many requests (a bit of an occupational habit, I admit), he remained patient, proactive, and solution-focused, making a real effort to push things forward and resolve issues one by one. This review is specifically for Giacone. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and persistence — it was genuinely appreciated.

18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)In the undeniably English way, I only leave reviews in extreme cases (and let’s be honest it’s usually in disappointment). But Adam at Daniel Adams Estate agents comes under the extremely rare category of excellent. I’m someone that has never sold a house before, and likes to over-research every tiny decision. The unbelievable amount of estate agents completely overwhelmed me, and I arranged an embarrassingly high amount to come and view our home. We met with a lot of very professional and nice enough people but after meeting with Adam it was an easy decision whom to trust with our big new chapter. Adam himself is warm, bubbly and so obviously passionate about his profession that it put me immediately at ease. He throughly explained everything and generously shared his vast knowledge as I plagued him with questions about the process. He is very calm, collected, didn’t oversell or put us under any pressure. He was honest and open about the current housing market, and realistic with pricing strategies. After we signed the contract (at a very reasonable rate), everything went so smoothly. Photographs were excellent, great video and drone footage on Instagram and viewings within a week. I didn’t like the idea of a lot of different agents in and out of my home, but Adam did every viewing, always accommodating the viewers and our time restraints. I trusted he would look after our home completely. He got us offers within a month, and sold at above asking in 6 weeks. After that the Daniel Adams office were phenomenal, recommendations of solicitors (who were also all excellent), surveys sorted so fast the agent we were buying with couldn’t believe it. I once rang Adam for some advice and he answered … whilst skiing! I told him off for working on holiday, but was so impressed by his professionalism and genuine care of his clients. Guy is a legend, don’t hesitate.

Neve and Caitlin were always clear, prompt, and incredibly informative. I was kept updated at every stage and never felt out of the loop. They took great care in vetting potential tenants, which gave me complete peace of mind that the right people were moving into our home. We had already moved out when the property was on the market and Mark and the team were able to assist with preparing the property for the new tenants, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
