Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Abatoria Estate Agents — especially Mini — to anyone, and particularly to first-time buyers looking for guidance and support.

Jack and the team are just such a nice bunch and patiently worked with us for much of 2025 guiding us through the process of becoming first time landlords. We felt finding the right tenants meant first finding the right estate agents to work with and with Findlay feel our flat is in very safe hands. Thank you Findlay!

They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.

Communication was excellent throughout, always clear, transparent, and timely. He was consistently positive, kind, and professional, which made a big difference. 21st May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Rented from these folks for about 9 1/2 years. Loved the property managers, never had any problems until landlords hiked the rent in 2023 and wouldn’t negotiate. Length of communication silence meant the agency left me with about two weeks to move out and sent several insistent emails saying I had to vacate the premises in that period, which was rough after such a long tenancy and isn’t in keeping with what tenants are actually legally able to do. I was eventually able to get a small lease extension and moved, but it really felt dreadful to be treated that way as a long-time client.
