He was consistently professional, extremely patient, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to listen to everyone involved in the process. His positive and reassuring manner made a real difference during what could have been a stressful time.<br><br>Ali’s sales skills are excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I lost count of the number of viewings he attended and the many questions he answered — often even outside normal office hours.<br><br>I am truly grateful for his dedication and delighted that he succeeded in securing the sale. He is a real credit to Anthony Webb, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any landlord or seller looking for a trustworthy and committed agent.

They were brilliant from start to finish, keeping the conveyancing process moving, communicating effectively with all parties and efficiently supplying all necessary information. I would particularly recommend Jake Ginty, he was knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from him.

The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.

Sal is a particularly helpful agent, who goes the extra mile to find the best possible properties for the tenants he advices, and the best possible tenants for the landlords he is working for.

They were proactive, clear, and reliable throughout, helping ensure everything progressed smoothly to completion.
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

She was incredibly positive, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Carlie’s communication and people skills are excellent, and she handled some tricky moments — including delays and issues raised during the survey — with calmness and good humour. Whenever something needed sorting, she always helped to move things forward, particularly when the process became difficult or stressful. She was always cheerful, responsive and reassuring, and her professionalism, combined with a genuinely warm personality, made what can be a stressful process much easier. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Beresford Adams to anyone looking to sell their home.

From our very first meeting, Jonathan put us at ease. He didn't just help us buy a house; he expertly guided us through the entire journey, transforming confusion into confidence. What stands out most is the incredible speed and efficiency of his work. We went from initial viewing to closing in just 3 weeks! 17th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I’ve been meaning to write this review for such a long time (since we bought our house last August) and have kept forgetting, but was recently spurred to do one as my sister is now dealing with estate agents and I was reminded of what estate agents are usually like ( generally do not appear to care about anything except profits and often forget they’re dealing with human beings). I can safely say that Bruno and his team at Castles are exceptional and worlds apart from usual estate agents. In buying our first home, Bruno exceeded his remit to make the process smooth for both us and the vendor, who was elderly and required substantial support. He was attentive, generous with his time, incredibly helpful and even went above and beyond to assist us in dealing with solicitors, who were often frustratingly incommunicado or moving at a glacial pace. Bruno made the whole difficult process run as clearly and quickly as possible. I can’t recommend Bruno and Castles on West Green Road highly enough. Thank you so much for everything.

They worked tirelessly to find me a new buyer when my first sale fell through and ensured that my requirements were met. I cannot thank them enough for their support. Thanks too to Katelyn for coordinating the final process through to completion.

Their advice has been very accurate and they clearly understand the local market really well. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the photographs/video, and their use of social media, much better than the competition! Thoroughly recommend them.

1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to thank Svetlana in Sales, and in particular Martine in Sales Progression at B&S, who played a pivotal role in successfully guiding our purchase to completion. Although B&S acted for us solely on the purchase, I had extensive contact with Martine throughout the process. She was an excellent mediator between all parties during what were, at times, very challenging circumstances. There was a point at which the stress of the process almost led us to withdraw entirely, but Martine’s professionalism, calm approach, and strong communication skills helped navigate a way forward. Despite being under considerable pressure herself, she worked tirelessly to negotiate solutions and keep matters moving. While I am sure any of the Sales Progressors would have shown the same commitment, I am particularly grateful to have worked with Martine. Svetlana was consistently warm, approachable, and accommodating during viewings and in our phone conversations. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her final voicemail on completion was especially touching, and it genuinely felt as though she was as pleased for us as we were ourselves. Huge thanks to B&S for their help and support throughout this process.
