28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I chose to sell my flat with the KFH Dulwich village team after a poor experience with a different estate agent. Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH. Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement. Thank you KFH team!

13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Justin the agent was very helpful in helping me secure the flat, organised a viewing same day and helped reassure me as a student that it was possible. Cal, a other member of staff, was also very supportive throughout the process. As always with agencies, it can be scary handing your money over for holding deposits and you have to bear in mind that making money is the primary objective. So far I am very happy with Black Katz services and hope throughout my tenancy we can operate as a team in conjunction with the land lord. Thank you for your help so far, would reccomend.

She really took the time to listen to our needs and noticed the little things that others might miss. 30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Would not recommend anyone to rent through Lambeth Garton Jones. We moved in mid Feb and still no result for most of our complaints. For example the freezer is broken and needs to be replaced, emailing and calling every single day is not going to help because of the level unprofessionalism is beyond what we have ever experienced. We emailed today and because we already know that we will not receive a reply - we had to call and still not action taken. Guess what, we probably will need to call them again tomorrow, what a surprise. I will be posting about our experience in every detail here and on YouTube very soon. The real estate agency is terrible, and we don’t want to rent anymore—this agency will turn us into homeowners very soon.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. The agent was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything felt very well organised, which made the whole process easy and stress?free.
16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.
