Very impressed and grateful to Richard Harding estate agents who managed the sale of our property. We spoke to several other agents known for their premium listings and wider geographical reach, but ultimately chose Richard Harding for several reasons. Firstly, we were keen for a prompt off market sale but not at the cost of compromising the sale price - their extensive list and knowledge of existing potential buyers (which far exceeded that of the other agents) meant they were able to identify genuine, suitable and proceedable buyers, ultimately meaning we had a very good offer within a week that proceeded to completion. Secondly, we agreed small sales team to conduct viewings, all of whom had visited the property before it was marketed and were familiar with all the fittings, selling points and nuances to give the property the best chance of a sale.
Having secured a buyer, I was also very impressed with the proactive approach to move the sale process along and to smoothly manage the inevitable blips along the way. Huge credit to Ben Murray-Brown, who was handling our sale on behalf of Richard Harding, who was relentlessly efficient, kept me updated throughout, is an excellent read of character (very important when ensuring everyone on all sides of the sales process is on the same page) and was a pleasure to work with. In respect of my onward property purchase, Ben was also excellent at translating my 'on paper' requirements into worthwhile viewings, and was an honest and helpful sounding board when considering pros, cons and development ideas....
