She took the time to explain every step clearly, always responded promptly, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Abatoria Estate Agents — especially Mini — to anyone, and particularly to first-time buyers looking for guidance and support.

28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Tate - a great service - David Harbottle was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.

18th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

We initially went with another estate agent (for reasons I honestly can’t remember now), but unfortunately they seemed to bring round anyone and everyone, clearly just to meet viewing quotas. We decided to move over to Hunters and only wish we had done so sooner. The difference was immediately clear – they brought through genuinely interested parties who were actually suited to the property, and supported us all the way through to a successful exchange of contracts. Throughout the entire process, we were fully supported by Brenda, who truly couldn’t have done more for us. Communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring, and we always knew where we stood. She kept everything moving and helped avoid delays. I also have a small baby, and she adapted her communication style to suit my needs – including sending voice notes – which was hugely appreciated. Brenda is incredible, and the service from Hunters has been outstanding from start to finish. Thank you!

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.

The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.
5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Had an amazing experience with B&R while renting for a few years in Nine Elms. The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.
