Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional estate agent.

What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. We are overseas (In New Zealand) at the time of enquiring, which we thought would make viewings with other estate agents hard, but Sara was very speedy in her response to our initial email (within 10 minutes), and then within 25 minutes from that exchange, Koyer called me via WhatsApp to conduct a virtual viewing - it was a great apartment. Koyer was lovely and genuinely, responsive and fast estate agents (which is not my experience typically!) - Highly recommend!

20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

There was no time wasting or hiding anything — everything about the flat was explained clearly and exactly as expected. A special thanks to Khotol, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, responsive, and made the whole decision-making process so much easier for us. Whenever I had any doubts or questions, she informed me immediately and kept us updated at every step. And not forgetting Jason! He was also fantastic and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend Henry Wiltshire to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy experience.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
