21st Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????

31st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

1st Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Harrison Jacks is an outstanding agency and it is clear that they only choose to take on high quality properties. I had such a positive experience renting through them a few years back. Jessica was very transparent and friendly in the whole process, and helped us establish a good relationship with the landlords right away. This was particularly useful when we needed support with any maintenance during our stay. You can tell that Harrison Jacks genuinely care about their landlords and their tenants alike - I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to find their new home!
25th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)My first piece of advice to anyone renting with dendrow is do not expect them to uphold their end of the tenancy agreement. You will regularly be inundated with workers and inspections. On several occasions during my tenancy this happened without notice and without a real explanation of what was happening. As most of my housemates worked throughout the day, this did not prove to be much of an issue but please do keep note of these instances as when you come to vacating the property you will 100% need to open an official dispute. Dendrow attempted to decimate our deposit via ludicrous charges that were put through their own cleaning company. The flat was rented out in a pretty run down condition and returned in a better state but £700 for cleaning was deducted from our deposit. When we moved in there were broken pieces of furniture, broken fixtures - again not unusual for London but never before have I had an attempt of £1800 deposit deductions for the pleasure. The real stickler was a charge of almost £1000 for a carpet replacement for moth damage under a bed. When we opened this as an official dispute it turned out the invoice Dendrow had used and evidence of pest treatment was over 5 years old and falsified in terms of dimensions of the room in question. Perhaps an oversight but likely an attempt to plunder money from tenants. Some of the charges were laughable including £72 for the removal of a sign the size of a piece of A5 paper. (I appreciate this is a breach but an individual call out charge and commercial waste charge for something that could fit in the bins in the building seems disproportionate). The independent MyDeposit review was a life saver and I cannot thank them enough for protecting us from these dubious attempts to deduct from Dendrow. I urge you to note down times where they have broken the tenancy agreement as well as you will likely be able to win back vast swathes of the money. They will take a threatening tone with you but remember this is your own money. Better still avoid them like the plague but if you have already entered into a tenancy with them, please be vigilant.

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online!
