It's normal that when you have a good experience with a service or company we forget about these things but when something goes wrong we're the first to jump online and give bad feedback.<br>Bridgfords have been incredible right from the start! I'm currently in the process of moving back from Spain, so dealing with this company as made it really comforting considering I've not been on British soil for over 5 years. Stacey, right from the get go has constantly been so proactive with my needy emails! Her professionalism was second to none and it's so lovely to speak to a genuine person as well as this. Stacey and Bradley's knowledge regarding there industry really speaks volumes and they're an absolute credit to the company. Can't wait move into my new home with my Wittle kids and create some memories. All thanks to this place!<br>Well played guys ????????????????????????????????????

30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We contacted this agency about a property around two weeks ago. They asked us for a lot of personal and financial information in order to arrange a viewing. We provided everything they requested, but unfortunately, nobody came back to us.<br>I also tried contacting them a couple of times afterwards, but there was no answer and no one returned our calls. The communication has been very poor, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.<br>We expected a more professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with this letting agency and our property management at Heath Road. Upon moving out, they attempted to squeeze us for unjustified cleaning and inventory charges using unverified quotes instead of actual receipts, ignoring the fact that the property was left in a condition matching our check-in inventory.<br><br>?Furthermore, when we left behind several new items and appliances (including a washing machine, dining table, chairs, and a clothes rail) for the benefit of the property, the agency and landlord happily kept and absorbed these items while simultaneously nickel-and-diming us over old, unverified fixtures. Communication was poor, accountability was entirely missing, and staff showed zero willingness to act fairly.<br><br>?If you rent through them, keep every single record and expect them to try and take advantage of your deposit at the end of the tenancy. Highly unprofessional and predatory behavior.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Austerberry who sold our late aunties house in Longton. Efficient from start, honest pricing and handled the sale very quickly. They also had the key and sorted viewings ... again very strong and reliable. Fully recommend.

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We recently sold our property through Acres Four Oaks branch .We had quite a lot of viewings and initially sold within 10 days .We did do our own viewings as we wanted as many people as possible through the door ,although Acres will do the viewings for you if you want them to.They kept us updated with the sale and chased things up when necessary.I would recommend them .Connells - Kidderminster

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Properties I think are just listed for Rightmove to sell for them. No actual marketing, investigations into anything else the property had to offer. Main selling point not pushed. Imperative if you have a difficult property to sell. Photos extremely poor. Did property no justice. Three attempts to get particulars sorted. In the end gave up and just signed up, didn’t want to waste anymore time. Backfired as no interest.

29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I used Holland Broadbridge when I bought the property a few years ago and went back to them to get it valued. Had great support from them, but particular thanks to Alex Bebb who responded to the initial enquiry very quickly by phone and then arranged a date to do the valuation visit that fitted in with my work schedule. His visit was friendly and professional, and the valuation was provided in writing the next day! One happy customer. I will happily recommend Hollan Broadbridge to my friends and family.

4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."
