11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE- 24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We are remortgaging for a second property and didn’t have much knowledge of the process. 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Jeremy was recommended to me by a friend. From first introduction he made me feel completely at ease as I was a first time buyer. I told him I’d been let down badly by another mortgage advisor in the past that lost me a house. Jeremy promised me that he wouldn’t let me down, and he absolutely didn’t. He was constantly in contact with me, making sure everything was running smoothly and updating me during the process. Within the space of 2 months, I completed on my house. I’d highly recommend Jeremy to my family and friends should they require a mortgage advisor.

30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)We moved to using Oulsnam after a very bad experience with a competitor who covered the country, but were definitely not fine.<br>In comparison, Shelbi at the team at the Barnt Green branch were excellent. The photos, listing, viewings, and updates were all much improved, and they have succeeded in securing a sale in a tough market.<br>We wish we’d have used them from the start and would happily recommend.

1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had planned to stay at one of their properties however it was trashed when we arrived, had drugs on the side and have had 0 help from the company. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.

Our meeting with her was related to a unique property situation and though a brief interaction, from start to finish, Dominique’s conduct was commendable and her authentic integrity was a breath of fresh air.
