Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

William (mortgage advisor) was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He stuck by me for over a year while I was searching for a property. Compared to other advisers I spoke with, William was far superior in both professional and personable approach.<br>I would highly recommend.<br>It seems Connells know what they are doing and they do it well.

Sam St John and his team are absolutely brilliant. We had an excellent experience working with them throughout the process.<br><br>As first-time sellers, we were naturally quite anxious, but Sam and his team explained every step clearly and demonstrated exceptional patience, always taking the time to guide and reassure us. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Within just a couple of weeks, they had arranged viewings with multiple prospective buyers and generated strong interest in our property. In the end, we decided not to proceed with the sale because we couldn’t find a property that suited our needs, which was entirely our decision and not a reflection of their service.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to their clients make them a pleasure to work with.
