They told whatever totally wrong and misleading and coustmor come to door and told they not answering phone I tried myself to make sure they was truth even after lengthy time decided to remove this astate egent email different departments no one replied then go to office and make sure take a latte to remove our property from sake totally waist the time

Our experience with connells as been amazing .The whole team are there to answer questions ect.

This lady as been professional from start to finish, gone above and beyond.
Not only as she helped us do paper work from solicitors/ conveyor for our property ,but also the new place we are moving too.shes a ??????.

Friendly, helpful and bubbly estate agents would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to sell there home! They got the viewings booked in did the viewings themselves were very respectful but also knew how to have a laugh and connect with the customer ?????? Thanks Nicola and Will!

Unfortunately we found PL lacked communication. We often felt we were chasing and at certain points, they almost stopped making efforts which is really disappointing. We ended up switching to Oscar James who sold our home in a couple of weeks.

I viewed a house for rent and had the agents freya and yasmin. They had a perfect mix of professionalism and staying casual. Freya showed me around the house making jokes throughout which made for a great viewing experience. I hope if i were to use Connells again that we would have freya to look after us 11/10 experience

Dreadful. Made enquiries about selling mother-in-law's house after she passed. After a litany of problems with these guys, decided not to hire them. Six months and multiple requests later, they're still calling and emailing. Don't ever give them your contact details or you'll never hear the last of it.
