Bought my property from Connells. There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

We have just completed a sale that was brilliantly handled by Iona at Connells in Rugby. The property was with another agent for three months and only had one viewing: then we took it to Connells and they found us our buyer in less than a week!

We are letting a house with the Connells team in leamington and they have been fantastic. I would highly recommend to others in a similar position. They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year. We had a horrible experience with Connells.
We were continuously sent inexperienced agents. Once, we watched one of them walk around the grounds of our flat with a viewer, trying to find the property, as she had no idea where it was. One of the agents arrived in a belly top, late and unprepared.
Agents were often late. When I complained about this, I was told they have a lot of appointments and may be late. This lateness often meant viewers waited far too long for a viewing. It is also shocking that lateness is the norm for them.
As a standard, Connells agents will arrive at your property with viewers and not beforehand, which can be really awkward. I contacted other agents in the area, who advised me this is abnormal for estate agents. I asked this to stop and was made to feel like I was the problem.
I tried to raise concerns about the above and other problems we were having. The branch manager reassured me that she would do the viewings herself, forgot she had said that, then booked the problematic agent back in again.
When we were previously with them to buy, we were continuously cold-called with literally anything they had on and couldn't sell at the time. It got so frustrating we stopped looking. At the time, the viewing we did have was pointless, as the agent was literally playing Clash of Clans on his phone as we walked around..
Just absolute trash. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We’ve had a really positive experience selling our house with Connells. From start to finish the process has felt smooth, professional and well managed.
Robbie was excellent from the very beginning. He got the property to market quickly and generated strong interest straight away, which led to a fast sale. He was proactive, realistic and easy to deal with, which gave us confidence throughout.
Lily has also been brilliant. She has done a great job supporting the process behind the scenes, keeping communication flowing between us and the solicitors and making sure nothing was left hanging. Having that level of coordination made a real difference and helped keep things moving.
Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell.
