Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

William (mortgage advisor) was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He stuck by me for over a year while I was searching for a property. Compared to other advisers I spoke with, William was far superior in both professional and personable approach.<br>I would highly recommend.<br>It seems Connells know what they are doing and they do it well.

Jason was absolutely fantastic in keeping me informed of progress at least weekly. I know he also went above and beyond to get as much information on the chain from individuals, agents and conveyancers to keep things moving. Outstanding service. Would highly recommend!

The agents at connells Plymouth have been amazing. James was great he promised we would have lots of viewings and would sell our house. We had lots of viewings and in under 5 weeks you have sold our house.
