We recently sold our house through Connells but using their third-party auction company. Once signed up to the auction company, they should take over the sale leaving very little for Connells to do, unfortunately this didn’t happen, the service we received was very poor. Thankfully, Samantha Oxley at Connells was on the ball, acting between us and the auction company. There were times when Sam was as frustrated as us with the lack of service from the auction company, but she kept working on our behalf.<br>Thanks Sam
