Bought my property from Connells. There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

Luke at the Bletchley branch has been super helpful and done everything he said he would. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and the professionalism and knowledge he shared. I would highly recommend. The house sale went through smoothly from the very start to the completion date. I'm over the moon. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

I'm only sharing my thoughts if I've had a really good or really bad experience. This time, unfortunately, it was a total nightmare.
I had a terrible time with this office! I'd advise against it, if you don't want to end up with headaches and ignorance.

After the initial Hurdle of valuation of the house, Rachel from Connell's helped immensely to complete the deal. Managed to sell the property in good time.

I would highly recommend Connells Abingdon. Charlie-Rose and Daniel were very efficient and my father’s property was sold after only about 2 weeks of advertising. Very good service.

Had a the pleasure of dealing with the Senior Branch Manager Saqib Rashid and Residential Sales Manager Jaspal Thiara. They went out of their way to find us a property, assisted us throughout the transaction and helped us complete on our new home! Could not be happier and highly recommend them and the Connells team! Would not recommend this estate agents.
I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking).
Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town.
Worse than disappointing.
