Currently in the process of purchasing my first property through Connells. Emma and Charlie have been incredibly helpful with arranging veiwings, answering querys, providing support over the phone and helping me to secure an offer on the property in very swift time! Bethany has been brilliant in providing expert mortgage advice, even working on a Sunday to try and find the best possible mortgage rates, as well as providing guidance towards every detail of the house buying process!<br><br>As a first time buyer the expertise and guidance from the team has been invaluable, and I would strongly recommend them for any future house buying / selling adventures<br><br>Thankyou for all your hard work!

Although due to other circumstances we didn't go to market in the end of the valuations we had Josh from Connels came across as the best by far and when we do go to market it will be with them.

We're glad we went in to this office to make inquiries for renting a place in Horsham. We ended up talking to their mortgage advisor, Lily. She is such a wonderful lady and explained things to us clearly even if she knows that we are just initially planning to rent. Will definitely go back once we're ready to make a move!

Can’t praise the staff more especially Joe and Andy who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

Jake was our first introduction to Connells who was very professional but still genuine, approachable and very knowledgeable and helped us get our house up for Sale in record time!<br><br>All the staff have been likewise since. They organised a successful open day with a lot of serious viewings helped along by Steve who was great, particularly with my elderly mother in situ!<br><br>We were amazed at how quickly the offers came in and secured and we were kept up to speed all through the process via Aiden .<br><br>So all in all an excellent experience, still ongoing, with Connells Horley that I couldn’t ask for more from.<br><br>Thank you everyone.

talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.
