They told whatever totally wrong and misleading and coustmor come to door and told they not answering phone I tried myself to make sure they was truth even after lengthy time decided to remove this astate egent email different departments no one replied then go to office and make sure take a latte to remove our property from sake totally waist the time

I've sold 2 properties with Jason and the team and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service I received was excellent. I was regularly updated on the sale progression and any queries were responded to immediately. One of the key factors in choosing Connells was that they're not pushy, they don't need to be as they genuinely offer a professional service where the customer is at the heart of everything they do. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Following a bereavement I had to sell the family home, I wanted a local estate agent as they know the area well.
Made an appointment to meet Lewis from Connells of Plympton at the property and he went through the options we had to sell the property, we decided to go with the modern auction method which was a great time saver as probate was delayed by several months.
Lewis and the Connells team, along with the auctioneer kept in touch regularly throughout, and finally with Grant of probate, we commenced the auction.
Lewis handled over two dozen viewings and oversaw the reserve and liaiased with bidders, being local he knows his patch well, plus i could keep tabs on the bids via the auctioneers website, which took the pressure off myself. The auction was done within 14 days and sold to our satisfaction, which has been a huge relief. The fees involved were very reasonable also, and we are grateful to Lewis and Connells for guiding us through the process. Will complete within 56 days period as well, so an outstanding service from Lewis and Connells and it is a pleasure to highly recommend them, if you're not sure, then ask someonewho is, only takes a phone call and they're more than happy to help and they're genuinely nice people.

Update 2026: have once again sold through connells with great success, thank you to Dan, Chloe, Hayden, Finlay, Ollie and Nina for getting it over the line. There will be others I've forgotten in the moving madness but thanks to the whole team
