Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service.
Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster.
April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally.
June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional.
When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me.
To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.

Following listening to a conversation with friends about how much their property was worth I thought I would check the value of mine. I had no intention of selling it in the near future just curious. I rang several estate agents and, once I explained why I wanted to know the value they were not interested. W.H.Browns name popped up and so I called them. They were so pleasant and arranged for someone to come out at my convenience. The young man was very pleasant and polite and after doing all the relevent checks gave me a quote. He went out of his way to put me at ease as I live alone and even stayed a short while for a friendly chat. As I said I am not intending selling my property in the near future, however should my circumstances change I will most certainly use W.H.Brown as my Estate Agents.

I recently sold and purchased a house through William H Brown at Maltby. From the start, Callum was extremely helpful and got our house on the market really quickly to allow us to react to a recent listing.<br><br>Eventually we had an offer accepted on a house, and unfortunately my experience with the solicitors was not great, however, Evie was absolutely fantastic at supporting through this process, making sure we were up to date as often as possible, and doing a lot of chasing and liaising between all parties.<br><br>We can not thank Evie enough for her professionalism and guidance through what was a very frustrating period.<br><br>Shout out also to Courtney, who despite not being the main point of contact for our sale, was always willing to support and update us in Evie’s absence.<br><br>A fab team, and I would highly recommend!
