We felt totally relaxed asking questions and the guidance given as the sale proceeded was very clear. Of particular help was the regular feedback we were given. This was so important to us and we felt we were always part of the team. From the moment Steven outlined the selling process to us, through all the detailed management by Louise, we always felt at ease, confirming that we had chosen the right team to sell our property. At all times, Nathan, Matt and Shaun at the Saltaire branch were very responsive, pleasant, helpful, and willing to discuss and give advice on our next strategy. On more than one occasion, the help was above and beyond what I assume is their job description, for instance when the final completion was done in a rush, Nathan went round to the flat to check I had left nothing behind. Many thanks.

It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. 19th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We went with JI Estates as we were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of the area and knowledge of the current market value of houses similar to ours. Also the video and auditory descriptions of our property were accurate and delivered well. This had a positive impact on the amount of viewings we received. We were kept fully informed at all stages of the sale. I will highly recommend JI to friends and family. Well done Steve and Toby!

28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

21st Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Townends do not use Rightmove which is generally the go to site for people searching property. They insisted on doing bulk viewings on a weekend after being advised, and being aware themselves of the street parking issues. Communication was quite poor, I didn't expect weekly updates but I had to ask for progress and what strategy was in place to push the property which they couldn't answer. They advised and set the asking price but constantly told me that I was asking too much and should reduce!

From the moment we spoke, Lee was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, instantly making the process feel smooth and well organised. When we were shown around the property, his attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for really stood out and it gave us great confidence in both him and the company. What impressed me the most was how Lee consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase. He regularly sent updates by email, often at times when I wasn’t expecting them, just to keep me in the loop and to make sure I always knew what stage we were at. 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.
