Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. From start to finish he made himself available, answered questions and pushed the process along as much as he could. He is also just warm and lovely and it makes a world of difference when going through it all. I could not recommend Austin Gray more.

It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Aaron and his team have done a fantastic job in the sale of a property I am selling for an estate, of which I am one of the executors. The sale particulars were well drafted, and accurate, and the photos taken showed the property at its best. Lots of viewings were arranged soon after the property was launched, which resulted in several offers, the highest of which was over the asking price. I'm sure they will do everything they can to help me progress the sale to legal completion of the sale in the near future.

10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

2nd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)I'm going to try to keep this short as I don't want Neil's head to explode with all the praise, but really: I can't recommend Neil Beglin and his team at Ewe Move in Brighton highly enough. I had a flat sitting on the market for a year and a half, waiting to be sold. Almost zero interest. The previous estate agents were nice people but frankly didn't have much of a strategy. Neil immediately rose to the challenge upon being instructed, managing a small but impactful renovation of the property, creating a brilliant marketing presentation (proper professional photography, CGI and persuasive copy), and managed the sales funnel like true pro. The result: a buyer found within a matter of weeks. The conveyancing took a while, but even then Neil made sure that communication flowed brilliantly between all parties involved. Thanks, Neil! Let's do it again sometime. ;)

They kept me informed throughout the process and reassured me when things weren’t looking so great. 16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We've had a great experience buying a flat with Jimmy from Tailor James. Jimmy, has led us through the process and was very supportive with all our queries along the way. The transaction had some complexity in terms of finding the right timeline for it to happen, but Jimmy gave all parties good advice, so that we were able to reach a great solution. Jimmy was very professional throughout and made the whole experience very satisfactory. He was also very punctual, positive and approachable. We highly recommend Jimmy and Tailor James.
