Within less than a day of marketing the property, he had found suitable tenants and meticulously led the process of preparing the flat ahead of the tenancy. Ben has proved a highly effective conduit between myself and the tenants, maintaining excellent levels of communication and attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Recently we were involved in the sale of our late brother/uncle's home in Brighton. Joe and Kate at Wheelers were extremely helpful and positive at all stages of the selling process. They guided us through the sad task in a professional and friendly manner. Their assistance was invaluable. Their excellent communication skills were especially needed as we live in Glasgow and they kept in regular contact with us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wheelers as an estate agent. In particular their knowledge of the Hanover area is extensive and gained by being there since 2001. The Connolly family.
7th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .
19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently purchased our new property which was being sold by Dean and Co. We mostly liaised with Adam who we found very dedicated to completing the sale. Throughout our interactions Adam was always honest, responsive, direct and committed to keeping the purchase moving. We hit a few delays which was very stressful for both us and the vendors. Adam was effective at communicating with all parties and at times the solicitor’s. During one particular stressful period,Adam would be communicating daily with us to keep up to date which sometimes added to the pressure and stress we were experiencing, but we understand this is part of his job role and we valued his dedication in preventing the purchase falling apart. At times, we also communicated with Les who we found professional and patient. We appreciated the congratulations card when we picked up the keys to our new home which we are very happy with.

We carefully researched who to sell our home with, meeting a number of agents and observed the marketing of nearby properties by different agents over several years. Sadly we saw time and again valuations that 2 minutes on Rightmove would expose as wildly implausible. Indifferent photos, amateurish text, rotting on Rightmove for months or years with multiple agents, huge reductions, sales falling through. We obviously wanted a good but sensible price that would be achieved allowing for the usual negotiations. We asked for a focus on buyers with funds secured in a position to proceed swiftly. We didn’t want a protracted sale dominating our lives. And we wanted to be in a strong position as buyers offering a robust speedy purchase to potential sellers. We decided to place our trust in a long established firm, crucially by professionals with extensive personal knowledge of selling houses like ours. David & Co met with us to agree terms, took photos, and 4 days later went live on Rightmove. We expected and received outstanding photos accompanied by well crafted intelligent, concise and straightforward text. We wanted and received viewers/buyers discreetly vetted. 10 viewings followed over 12 calendar days, of which many were second viewings, with a sale above expectations on the 12th day and multiple offers. David and Co then expertly and professional carried out the post sale negotiations on price, maintained amicable and sensitive communications with our buyers, our sellers agent, and all Solicitors, closely monitoring progress, and achieved exchange at 3 months and completion/move at 4 months. We think that’s a pretty good outcome in this current market. If you’re in the Golden Triangle with a large premium home, I think you’d be wise to market through David & Co.

She made what can be a very stressful process pain free and it was so refreshing to use an agency that has a personal touch. 5 stars all round!

15th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)Having been on the receiving end of Healy&Newsom’s services (prospective buyer), I appreciated their flexibility and friendliness. No hard sell techniques in sight. Special shoutout to Alex, who’s been wonderful throughout. The sale didn't get through, but they kept alerting me to very well selected potential properties that matched our requirements very well - unlike other agents that just spammed us.

Your Move Brighton delivered the same high standards that I had become used to. Dominique and Joshua let the property quickly and efficiently with consistent and timely communication. Would thoroughly recommend using these guys!

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)This agency found it appropriate and safe to show me, and many others, a flat with a bathroom completely covered in black mould. They told me the mould was due to structural issues. I wonder if it was inhabited by one of the unfortunate tenants who have also left a bad review here, complaining of damp issues not being fixed, because when I asked how the mould and structural issues would be addressed going forwards, this agent said they don’t know. That is because they do not plan to ever fix it. Interestingly, I also saw this agency advertising a flat in wellend villas, neglecting to include the vital info that the entire estate is undergoing extensive refurbishment for the next two years, with hundreds of balconies being replaced. I hope the unlucky person chose that flat enjoys two entire years of non-stop construction noise. Finally, I enquired about a property this agent had previously advertised for rent, and they straight up lied to me, and said it was never advertised. I have notes and screenshots of it - what a strange thing to lie about. When I confronted them, there was an awkward silence, and they doubled down with their lie. Really makes you wonder what they’re hiding? I don’t usually bother leave reviews for estate agents, as they all appear to engage in some level of lying and deception. But this agent is putting people’s lives in danger by renting out places absolutely covered in black mould. They’re also really bad at lying and need to improve this skill.

Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use. I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.
