Our sale took nearly a year and had its challenges, but they stayed patient, proactive and kept everything moving. Communication was always clear and professional. He has taken a thorough, personal and speedy approach to our sale and has been really supportive since he first showed us the property we are close to completing on. Junaid is very fair, balancing both our needs as buyers and the sellers as well - not an easy job. He has made fantastic recommendations, communicated excellently and is always willing to go an extra mile, always with a smile. I have also appreciated that when he is unavailable, he makes sure we are left in good hands and that we are still looked after. As a result, can’t recommend Mann, and Junaid highly enough. From the first meeting before instruction, they were incredibly helpful and professional and we now have our dream home thanks to all their hard work. In particular, Jak Wheeler has been instrumental in making sure the process has been as smooth as possible and has sorted out any potential hold ups in a calm and proactive way. Jak has gone above and beyond in helping us sell our home and we will be forever thankful to him for negotiating and securing our now forever home. I’m currently dealing with a very stressful situation at home, so navigating the rental process could have easily felt overwhelming. However, Jonas has made the experience genuinely refreshing. From the start, he has been approachable, responsive, and supportive. His communication has been excellent, and he’s always taken the time to answer my questions and keep me updated, which has really helped ease some of the stress I’ve been under. After my recent experience with renting, it’s been such a relief to deal with someone who is professional, helpful, and clearly cares about making the process as smooth as possible. Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

Buying a property can feel overwhelming, but Stephen never rushes you. He takes the time to understand your needs, answers questions clearly, and makes himself available when you need reassurance. What really stands out is that he listens carefully and tries to see things from your perspective, which makes the whole process feel far more manageable. He is professional, patient, and clearly loves what he does — and that shows in the way he supports his clients. Five stars without hesitation

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I am so pleased I found Mark Hart Real Estate company when we decided to rent out our property. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Neve and Caitlin were always clear, prompt, and incredibly informative. I was kept updated at every stage and never felt out of the loop. They took great care in vetting potential tenants, which gave me complete peace of mind that the right people were moving into our home. We had already moved out when the property was on the market and Mark and the team were able to assist with preparing the property for the new tenants, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had an awful experience with another local estate agent and was cautious about buying in general. However, I saw this property with Neighbour - liked it from the first visit - and it was a simple process from there. Jamie was attentive, checked in and answered any questions I had through the whole process. They are different from the others, they genuinely care about the people involved and this definitely sets them head and shoulders above the rest. Thank You!!!
