A great service all around .
15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing
18th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.

1st Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.
13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

Karen jo and the 2 ladies could not have been more helpful friendly and professional. If you are a landlord or tenant I highly recommend you use 1st lettings for absolute peace of mind.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Awful. Constantly increasing the service charge, constantly adding new things to to the service charge so we have to pay more. In return we get nothing. The gutters aren't cleaned which has lead to mould, a leaking roof which they have been informed about several times, ignored emails etc. Industrial slum landlords that just want to suck the money from the tenants without doing a thing to earn it.

Catherine is super friendly and communication is great. Charlotte is 100% proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of the time of day. 17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
