Charlie, Tina and Tanya were outstanding throughout the entire process. Despite a few challenging personalities in the chain, the team at Homes remained diligent, professional and consistently proactive. Their communication was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homes for any of their services.

She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. 17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Ali is the shining star at bairstow. He phoned, chased and helped however he could throughout the whole process. Can't fault Bairstow at all, only issue we had was with the conveyancers they recommended, but issues were escalated through their internal contacts at least.

Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price. Right through the selling process, she was always really friendly, helpful and profressional, as were the KF team of ladies doing the viewings. Many thanks to you all for all your sterling work!
