5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I can’t rate Daniel highly enough. He moved us into a property over a weekend because he totally understood our situation. We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Chelsee was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She made the whole process of finding a property smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She really listened to what I was looking for, kept me updated throughout, and went above and beyond to find me a great property at a very good value. Her professionalism, honesty, and friendly approach made a huge difference, and I felt supported and well-informed. I couldn’t recommend Chelsee highly enough to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and delivers excellent results.
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)
16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Can totally recommend Blundells as a letting agent. Charlie Gale has overseen the letting process of our rental property with total professionalism. Nothing was ever to much trouble for her and any queries were dealt with straight away. The property was tenanted within the first few days of viewings. Thank you Charlie ?????
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Not very happy . payed for identity check to them,and another 2 identity checks with solicitors totalling £265.00. surely 1 identity check is good enough if you give national insurance which I have had from 15 year old. It's just money making.
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Awful, awful experience. Blundells ruined my house sale, lied about the details and refused to engage with my complaint. They cost me 10 weeks, thousands of pounds and don't seem to care. Unprofessional, misleading and accountability resistant.

Was struggling to get calls back about the application but she went above and beyond and sorted it out for us. Very polite people
