23rd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)AI’d their photos on a house listing in Ackworth. The listing photo’s looked presentable, however when we viewed the photos were an absolute hellhole. Paul at the agency even admitted they do ‘enhance’ the photos. Don’t waste your time.

However, our decision to ask Martin & Co to market the house for us proved an excellent decision. When we met Paul, who provided the valuation & subsequent photographs / brochure, we knew we were in safe hands. His professionalism & knowledge is first class. Sue then took over the mantle & those safe hands absolutely continued. From handling the viewings on our behalf & providing feedback; responding to our questions quickly & efficiently; handling all negotiations until a sale was agreed & then keeping us regularly updated until the sale was complete, we really could not have asked for a better service. I would highly recommend Martin & Co

The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.
1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had planned to stay at one of their properties however it was trashed when we arrived, had drugs on the side and have had 0 help from the company. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They've now successfully sold two of my houses, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish.<br><br>The communication has always been fantastic, keeping me updated every step of the way, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Kelly and the team are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about getting the best outcome for their clients.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend Bell & Co to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>A huge thank you to Kelly and the whole team!<br>?????

26th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

He explained very clearly what he would do and how I would be allocated to a particular agent so only dealt with one person out of their team at all times. I loved the fact they had something called the property hub which was a link I could go on to see exactly who was viewing the house, their feedback and any offers made. I was amazed how quickly they managed to sell the house without even putting a for sale board up. Would highly recommend
