19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

A shout out to Connor who did a few friendly showings and Chris who kept on top of sale the sale and communicated so well, nothing being too much even when I email bombed him! Thank you both. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

Their collaborative approach and efficiency in securing a tenant, preparing a complex tenancy agreement, working with external partners and preparing the property for the tenancy were commendable. The team's proactive communication and professional demeanor significantly alleviated the client's burden. Special appreciation is extended to Emma, Natalie, Jeremey, and the entire team for their outstanding efforts. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.
16th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Norgans have great knowledge of the Hitchin property market and whilst their valuation was markedly different from the other agents we approached , their valuation proved to be far more realistic . Excellent communication throughout the process despite deteriorating market conditions and a house close to the railway line that put off several viewers

Chased and spoken to reception over 5 times, agent never calls back. We have since re let the flat with someone else and someone has moved in. As Satchells don’t answer the phone it’s still on Rightmove for sale. Would avoid and use anyone else

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

We got great advice about our potential buyers and situations so we could accept the best overall offer for us. Alex kept us informed throughout the whole process and we wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them again and recommend others to use them.
