They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!
23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)We decided to choose Austin and Wyatt Parkstone to market our house, and we are very glad we did. From start to finish they were all exceptional and answered any queries however small or large, in a timely manner. They were excellent with chasing of solicitors to get the process moving quickly for us, and chasing up any hold ups and informing us quickly. A big thank you to Dawn, John, Tony and the branch manager Tom, whom we cannot fault. Our onward purchase is also through a different Austin and Wyatt branch, who again have been faultless. We would not hesitate to use them again.
23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid at all costs. I had one of the worst experiences dealing with Palmer Snell, particularly with Adam and his team. Communication was consistently poor — calls went unanswered, updates were unclear, and overall professionalism was lacking. At the start of the purchase, Adam was extremely difficult to get hold of. Then, just two weeks before the supposed deadline, I was suddenly contacted and told everything needed to be completed by Monday. I requested a short extension until Tuesday, which he agreed to. Acting in good faith, I paid all the necessary fees to my solicitor to proceed with the purchase. However, Adam later called once (with no follow-up email or written confirmation) to inform me that the offer had been withdrawn and the property had been given to a higher bidder. This was handled very poorly and showed a complete lack of proper management and communication. As a result, I’ve lost over £1,000 in survey and legal fees — all for nothing. I would not recommend working with this agency and will certainly not be using them again. Based on my experience, the negative reviews they receive are not surprising.

Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. I know I can trust such an amazing team and will definitely pass over additional opportunities to Tailor Made in the future as when dealing with so many customer issues across many vertical sectors, Tailor Made have very much stuck to the basic and right principles of putting the client first and making the whole experience a professional and uplifting one. 8th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Selling our parents' home with Forum was an excellent decision. We hoped we would have a supportive estate agent and we were not disappointed. From the first meeting Martin was enthusiastic about selling the property, shared very useful advice, understood the sensitivity required following a recent bereavement and was indeed very supportive. The photographs presented the house and garden beautifully and we were very happy with the brochures. He provided feedback following the viewings which we took on board and it was this advice, that I believe, clinched the deal. Working with Martin motivated me to keep moving forward and change things within the house to appeal to a wider audience. Communication via WhatsApp ensured we knew when viewings would be happening, and speaking on the phone was also really important, to share information and ideas. I also spoke with Ashley a couple of times which I found very helpful. Martin's enthusiasm and positivity about the house and it's potential ensured the perfect family bought the property and we are delighted with how it has all worked out. Thank you.

The whole team has been friendly, approachable and consistently professional. On the rare occasions where issues did come up, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently - it definitely made a real difference throughout my tenancy.

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I have been their tenant for four years, during which I have seen a systematic agenda to lie, cheat, deceive, and extort. From the beginning with their adverts, where they say the property is newly renovated, except maybe this was true 10 years ago, to the end with the deposit, it's all lies, bullshit, and theater. They present it as legitimate through bureaucracy, procedures, and landlords. The landlord has hired them to do all the work that they keep saying they are always going to the landlord for. Always pushing for renewal of contracts with higher price, even when your contract is neither close to ending, nor you need a new contract. Always trying to lull you into agreeing, saying everything is ok, it's just standard practice, no need to worry. I was hoping it will all end when I move out, but I was very badly wrong. I'm fighting to get my deposit back. I moved out at the end of June, and from the way they were setting things up, and how things started to go, I started to get a very bad feeling. They have been scheming again in order to take nearly all of my deposit. After waiting 26 days, they came up with a fabricated set of charges, based absolutely on no grounds. Similarly with my other three housemates. I knew they will try to take some money, so I made sure there is nothing that they can hang on to, but they have exceeded all my expectations. They came up with a very large amount on made-up claims. They have provided no evidence of difference between the condition before and after, which would warrant the claim, because it does not exist. Almost all claims are false or not resulting from my tenancy, and if there is anything true, it should fall within fair wear and tear. I also made sure I am present at the final check out and handing over of the property, in order to discuss any issues they might want to raise. But they wanted me to stay outside the house. At the end they said everything looks ok. When I asked for confirmation of return of my deposit, they said the office will decide. A stark contrast from my previous move-outs, where someone comes, I give keys, they check, everything looks good, I get my deposit in few days. What is even more insulting, brazen, and absurd, is that they know that I have taken good care of the property. Throughout my tenancy I have even repaired things at my expense, because they would refuse to cover even the materials. I have left the property in better condition, than how I have received it. Getting into the details of each claim would be too lengthy, but as an example, they know that I'm the only person who have been cleaning the walkway, and maintaining the garden, and of course I left it in a good condition, yet they want to charge me for it. I have explained to them how every claim is baseless, and I can support almost everything with evidence, and have asked for the full return of my deposit. They are ignoring all of my arguments, and ask me to make them an offer for how much is acceptable for me to pay. I wish I had taken evidence of absolutely everything, but I just didn't expect that they would blatantly lie. They grossly abuse their unfair advantage in any way they can. Tenants agree to anything because of fear of retaliation. They don't want to risk having to move out, and they would not even submit a negative review on the internet, because they depend on them for references. Because I suspected this will happen, I asked a previous housemate what happened when he moved out. They charged him £150 for cleaning the floor, even though he cleaned and mopped it. No checks and balances provided. Later they fabricated them. He said he argued, but eventually he gave up, because it wasn't worth the stress they put him through. And I can say as well, what they put people through, and fighting them is very stressful, emotionally taxing and time consuming. These are heartless people who should not be allowed anywhere near conducting business in the UK. Edit: I got my deposit back. Hold on to your ground and don't submit to the demands and extortions.

11th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

Advice offered, honest experience led answers given to questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone during a stressful few days of closing the deal. This is an estate agent run by people who care, know their stuff and work to ensure all parties are happy with the result. Communication was on point getting answers from the vendor quickly as well as answering questions outside of ‘normal’ working hours all to help ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.

He was friendly, approachable, and always accommodating when it came to arranging multiple viewings, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish—Justyn was very responsive and kept everything moving along smoothly and efficiently. His proactive approach helped make what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. We’d happily recommend Justyn to anyone looking to buy a property.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Five stars, zero hesitation We were on the market for 9 months with another agent - plenty of viewings, zero offers. Then George at Enfields took over - first viewing, SOLD. Massive shout-out to George, absolute legend of an estate agent. Proactive, confident, and clearly knows how to get results. If only we’d found Enfields sooner, we would have saved ourselves months of needless stress. Highly recommend - especially if George is involved!
