11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I can’t give enough praise to Winkworth Penn Hill. From the second Neil walked to my house, I had a gut feeling I would use them. I had two other agents booked but didn’t even bother with the third agent. The commission is excellent, the photographs taken of my house was excellent+ and the marketing of my house has been amazing the staff are all lovely and so very helpful and encouraging. I’ve had about 9 viewings in 6-7 days and so much positive feedback. Winkworth have definitely gone the mile and a half to sell my house for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely 11 out of 10.
29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)What a thoroughly professional Agent!<br>I had the pleasure to deal with Annie, she was extremely personable yet highly efficient and very professional at all times.. Due to this, the whole experience proceeded smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her throughout.<br>Nothing was ever too much trouble and she guided me through the lease process displaying both patience and kindness throughout.<br>I had heard from others in the past that Symonds and Sampson are an excellent company to deal with and now having dealt with them personally - I would 100% agree.<br>If I could give them 6 stars, I would say,, in particular, Annie was absolutely fantastic from start to conclusion. They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!

7th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I recently purchase a property with the help of Gavin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Gavin was very helpful all throughout a this process. As a first time buyer, I did not know everything and had a lot of questions, but Gavin always took the time to explain everything and make sure that I had the best outcome with everything. He was very transparent, attentive and supportive all throughout this; from start to finish, he was excellent in communicating and ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time buyer!
26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

From the outset, Sarah guided us expertly through the holiday let market, taking the time to truly understand what we were looking for and presenting us with exactly the right opportunities.<br>We visited Sarah on a Sunday, going well beyond her normal working hours and into her own personal time, something that really set her apart and showed how genuinely committed she is to her clients.<br>Sarah found us the perfect holiday home, which we completed on in June, and we could not be happier with the result. She combines exceptional professionalism with a warmth and friendliness that makes the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable.<br>If you are looking to buy or sell, we would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Tailor Made and Sarah in particular.
8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!
25th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.- 17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Extremely disappointed with Palmer Snell’s handling of the sale of our flat.<br>From the outset, communication was poor. For the first four months, we received virtually no updates and only found out what was happening by making regular visits to the branch ourseves. We were repeatedly promised callbacks and action, neither of which materialised on most occasions.<br>We also felt that the buyers’ interests were prioritised over ours, particularly as Palmer Snell acted as letting agents for several of their properties. This created a perceived conflict of interest and left us feeling that we were not being properly represented as their client. In addition, there were occasions where we felt information was not presented honestly or transparently, which further undermined our confidence in the agency and left us questioning whether we were being given the full picture.<br>Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of communication around exchange and completion. After months of frustration, the sale finally completed after 7 months of procrastination on the buyers side with no acknowledgement or proactive contact from the agency.<br>We were particularly disappointed with Anthony, the branch manager. Given his position, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication and customer care, but unfortunately this was not our experience. That said, Amanda and George were always professional whenever we dealt with them.<br>Having used Palmer Snell as letting agents for eight years without issue, we expected far better. As a sales agent, however, we found their service poor, unprofessional, deeply frustrating and at times, lacking in honesty and transparency. We would not recommend them to anyone selling a property.

Managing a sale remotely can be challenging, but Paul made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He went above and beyond by arranging all the necessary maintenance work to ensure the property met the required standards and compliance regulations. His proactive approach, clear communication, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind throughout. Thanks to Paul’s professionalism and dedication, everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property professional.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

They truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They always kept us updated, answered every question, and made sure everything moved smoothly and stress-free. 11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

Sarah was incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings and was always happy to answer our questions. She provided all the information we needed throughout the process, helping to make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated Sarah’s professionalism, responsiveness, and support from start to finish. We would highly recommend Sarah and the team at Danehurst to anyone looking and selling/buying!

26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Jack and George kept us informed throughout the process and worked hard to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they had our best interests at heart. They were proactive in dealing with any issues that arose and helped keep the whole chain moving. We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Jack and George to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Thank you both for helping us move into our new home!
